The romantic backyard with flowers, coconut trees, hammocks, and bamboo is perfect vacation home. While you relax in the lounge chairs and enjoy the ocean breeze and the everyday boat parade the kids can be busy with the beautiful wood playset with treehouse, slide and swing or playing in the boat shaped-sandbox.
The Cottage style house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and high ceiling with wood beams. Master has king size bed with romantic canopy. 1st guest room has full size bunk bed on top and bottom. 2nd guest room has full size bed also. Bathrooms are updated:bathtub with marble floor and walls. Front load washer and dryer. Living room has L shape Leather couch and flat screen TV. Big dining table with 6 comfortable chairs makes it easy to entertain. Spectacular water view of intracoastal from the living area. You never get tired from it.
2 min walk to the beautiful, well maintained, award- winning Deerfield Beach. Enjoy the sand, big rocks, and beautiful blue water or take your 1.5 mile walk on the paved sidewalk by the ocean all the way down to the pier. When you return to the house the outside private romantic warm water shower with mexican pebble will have you completely relaxed.
Just bring your toothbrush and have a wonderful vacation.

Walking distance to restaurants, close to I-95, 10 min to the Boca Raton Mall, 20 min from FortLauderdale, 45 min from Miami south beach.
5 min from the house you can rent a boat from the Marina and find many great places to fish.
