Parking in front of unit,garbage pick up in front of unit. Very nice area. Good neighbors. Able to cook out in back yard. Small pet OK, les than 20 lbs. Near schools so area is low crime. Townhouse has small screened balcony off master bedroom and dining room. Seasonal beach parking available.
