OCEANFRONT, 2 BR, 2 BA corner condo with amazing whitewater views west and north up the coast. WALK TO DEL MAR TRACK. Drive to downtown San Diego in 25 minutes.

Incredible whitewater views and sunsets from large deck, living room and master bedroom. Elevator building. Very quiet gated complex with pool, spa and lighted tennis courts. Gated underground parking.

Newly carpeted and furnished. Living room is spacious with large windows and deck door overlooking the ocean. It has a fireplace, sofa, large chair and leather recliner, TV, DVD player and stereo with CD player. Master bedroom has a king bed, fireplace and TV and has a deck door overlooking the ocean with a large master bath with two sinks, oversize oval tub and separate oversize tile shower. The 2nd BR has 2 single beds and a standard bathroom with tub/shower. All linens, dishes, silverware and cooking items are supplied. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.

With the deck doors open you can hear the surf and feel the ocean breeze. Walk to a wide variety of upscale restaurants shops and art galleries. 5 minute drive to the Del Mar race track and fair grounds, 20 minutes from Sea World. 30 minutes from Wild Animal Park.
