The unit has a private entrance, separate from the main house entrance.
It features a queen size bed, bath, fully equipped kitchen and dining and sitting area. Weekly linens and beach towels are provided as well as use of boogie boards, umbrella etc.
SAVE $$$$ Over a Hotel Stay- Area Hotels average $350/night and do not have the convenience of a kitchen.
Summer rates ( July, August, early September) $700/week.
No smoking
Prefer Saturday to Saturday stays, but will consider 3 night minimum!!
