We have the Del Mar fairgrounds that have annual events such as the San Diego County Fair in June & July every year, also the Del Mar Race Track season, and many other tradeshows. We are known for our fine dining, entertainment, professional polo fields and luxurious real estate. The Del Mar beachs are vast and beautiful, including family friendly Torrey Pines State beach and 15th street beach and near by dog beach. We are located minutes away with easy freeway access to amazing things to do in San Diego such as, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Legoland and so much more!

Kathy's house was absolutely terrific. I stayed with three co-workers at her Ocean View and Serenity place during a work trip. Each of us stayed quite comfortably in this spacious house and it was perfect for our needs: we had ample room privacy and very welcoming common areas in which to congregate. Short driving distance to Torrey Pines Reserve and the beach. And the ocean views from the living room and deck were stunning. I definitely recommend it. It'd be a great place to have a retreat.

Kathy is Awesome & this house worked out perfectly... :) The sea breeze flows up the canyon, you hear the train softly in the distance, you can see the ocean / waves, large open floor plan, great location... couldn't ask for anything more. Thx Kathy!!!

I booked this amazing property for 11 days for my Parents visit. They came to celebrate their 46th wedding anniversary. It is truly a hidden gem. I was able to book this house with the owner directly over the phone (I was traveling back east). My Parents loved it so much that they came back 1 week later for another 11 days!!! If you are looking for a beautifully appointed 4000 sq/ft. house that sits on an ecological reserve, and boasts panoramic ocean views, look no further, this is the one! Kathy, thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.
