$1950 per week or $355 per day for 4 or $405 per day for more than 4 guests (3 day minimum), May-September. Deposit (33% of rental fee) and references (2) due at booking. $150 minimum non-refundable cleaning deposit (additional $50 per person for bookings exceeding 4 people, 6 person maximum occupancy).
