Description of the Del Mar vacation townhouse rental
This cute two-level Beach Condo is available to rent - fully equipped/furnished. It is located in prime, sought after Del Mar - surrounded by the beautiful Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve and overlooking Torrey Pines Beach. Yet, just down the road from ever popular Olde Del Mar Village with fabulous restaurants and shops.
Enjoy ocean views and fresh ocean breezes from living room/balcony, or two private terraces off the lower level bedrooms (King/Queen beds). We also have a nice den/office/guest room - equipped w/ WiFi/broadband and HD/TV/Cable. The approx. 1600 sq ft, 2 story condo has a gourmet chef's kitchen and many extras, such as a 'heat-n-glow' fireplace, water softener system, and tankless water heater, as well as an attached 2-car garage.
The condo is located in SeaPoint - a much desired complex right across from Torrey Pines Beach. This unit is on the top row for easy access. The complex includes a park with playground and barbeque facilities, two heated swimming pools and spas, a clubhouse for social gatherings and two lighted tennis courts. It's like living in a resort!
You can walk to the beach, take a hike up the sandstone cliffs of the Torrey Pines Park, and Torrey Pines Golf Course and the village of Del Mar are only minutes away. The location is very handy to the freeway (with no road noise) and San Diego downtown and the airport are 20-30 minutes away.

Great Del Mar Getaway

Very clean and convenient condo just off the freeway. Beach within walking distance our our daughter loved the pool! Overall, a great place to getaway and the owner is super friendly and accommodating. We had slight mishap with internet service and she personally came over to make sure it was handled quickly.
