For your 24/7 availabitlies we have a nice den/office/guest room - and the home is equipped w/ WiFi/broadband and HD/TV/Cable. The approx. 1600 sq ft, 2 story condo has a gourmet chef's kitchen and many extras, such as a marble 'heat-n-glow' fireplace, water softener system, and tankless water heater, and has attached 2-car garage. Enjoy 'SeaPoint' community amenities, such as 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 lit tennis courts, private 4-acre park (*guests are allowed to bring their pet friend), clubhouse, volleyball - and - short walk to 7 great Torry Pines Beach restaurants!
