Description of the Delavan vacation home rental

This cottage is in a beautiful wooded private community called Assembly Park and is located 8 miles west of Lake Geneva on Lake Delavan. A large side yard with 2 picnic tables and a charcoal grill await a summer of relaxation for our renters enjoyment. The private beach serving our rentors and residents is only a short walk from the cottage.

This cottage is self contained except for sheets, pillow cases, towels and wash clothes, which you supply. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds. A sleeper couch is in the front room and a rollaway bed that goes into the front room closet.

Maximum number of people permited by our rental and health deparment permits is 7.

It has 2 window air conditioners, one 10,000 BTU in the living room and one 5000 BTU in the dinning area. Central heating. There is a T.V., VCR. micro wave, toaster oven.

Telephone for local calls. Internet access.

Five park/playgrounds keep young children and adults alike busy, featuring shuffleboard, horseshoes, basketball courts, volley ball. With sand boxes, swings, merry-go-rounds, jumping animals and teeter-totters, children can be kept busy for hours. With several golf couses and many fine resturants/bars only minutes away, this is a diners boaters, and sportsmans paradise. For the fisherman, Delavan Lake is rated one of the top fishing lakes in Wisconsin. Boats are available for rent at Lake Lawn, only 5 minutes away. Lake Geneva, only 15 minutes away, features attractions for both young and old.

Childrens dances on Thurday nights and Bingo on Saturday nights.

Holiday weekly/weekend rates slightly higher.

Minimum stay is 2 nights.

• Deposits: $100 deposit will hold reservation. Also a $100 security and cleaning deposit is requirted which is refundable after inspection after departure. If cottage is clean and no damage has occured deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure. A service charge will be deducted if not clean or there is any damage. Cleaning list is posted in the kitchen.

We rented last year and decided to come back again this year. My family and I simply love this cottage. Great for the kids and adults..they added a new slide this year which the kids just loved as well as my husband. Will return again next year. Thanks Joe!

The house was perfect. Plenty of space inside and out. Great shopping and eating within a half mile. 20 good fishing lakes within a 30 mile radius. We spent 2 weeks at the cottage on Lake Dlavan and had a great time. Swimming, boating and playing with the kids in the 5 parks. Can't wait to go back.
