Description of the Delray Beach vacation apartment rental

We offer a freshly remodeled and very well located apartment only 1 mile away from the beautiful beach and ocean of Delray Beach. It is very well located close to supermarkets, restaurants, shops as well as to famous Atlantic Avenue and only minutes away from I-95. You have a great view from the big patio onto the lake and the swimming pool. It has wooden floors in the living room as well as in the master bedroom, modern furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. It features a living room with a corner for dining, 1 master bedroom (king size bed), 1 guest bedroom (queen size bed), 2 bathrooms and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Sheets, bath and beach towels are being provided. We also provide a high speed wireless internet access. The community has two very nice swimming pools (one is located directly in front of the condo) as well as a modern and fully equipped gym. There is also a running path around the lake.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a secured building with a lift.

No pets and no smoking!

Area Information

The property is surrounded by tropical vegetation and many small lakes. You have many nice golf courses nearby. There are two complete sets of golf clubs available in the condo.The raquet club is just around the corner, so there are plenty of tennis courts available. The next shopping possibilities are only minutes away (Target, Home Goods, Home Depot, Publix, etc,). By car it takes you just 10 minutes to Boca Raton (e.g. to the Mizner Park area), 15 minutes to Palm Beach and 45 Minutes to Miami.
