A 55+ condominium 2 story complex in Delray Beach. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 walking shower bathroom, master bedroom features bathtub and shower combo, breakfast bar, and full kitchen appliances. Amenities include active clubhouse, pools, tennis and shows. The condo is readily available with linens, 1 king size bed, 2 twin size beds, flat screen TV, cable TV, toaster, microwave, washing machine, dryer, blender, chinaware, silverware, coffee maker, smoke detector, and dryer.
Condo is on the 2 floor corner unit.
Ideally situated within 5 minutes for the Atlantic ocean and from downtown Delray Beach.
You will be able to explore the crystal clear Atlantic Ocean or visit unique galleries, parks, museums, and boutiques on Atlantic Avenue by day; enjoy a night of dining and entertainment at any of Delray Beach’s award winning cafés or restaurants. delray beach is a great beach town. the condo i had was very nice. the owner supplied everything. she said just bring a tooth brush and she meant it. tv's in every room, the complex has heated pools and just minuts from the beach. i highly recomend it and i would stay again.
