Two bedroom/ two bath unit with birds-eye view spanning the complex!
High speed and Wireless Internet Access.
Elevator in building. Secure lobby.
Wonderful view of complex from balcony. On top floor. Located in Delray Beach, Florida winner of Blue Wave Beach award.

Two bedroom, two bathroom unit. New ceramic tiles and carpeting. Kitchen, living room, dining room, and full laundry room right in the unit. Balcony overlooks complex with view of fountain, pond, tennis courts and grass.
Unit is fully equipped with full size washer and dryer, VCR, cable, two TVs, stereo, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, cookware, along with new dishes, flatware, glasses and linens.
This is a tri-level unit with a few steps. Living area on one level with six steps to the bedrooms and baths.
DELRAY RACQUET CLUB:
Delray Racquet Club has two pools, jacuzzi, clay and hard surface tennis courts. Located just over one mile to the beach and near beautiful golf courses.
THE BEACHES OF DELRAY:
In June 2004 Delray Beach received certification by the Clean Beaches Council as Blue Wave Beach also was named "Best place to swim and splash. along with receiving the Gold Medal from South Florida Parenting Magazine.
The Clean Beaches Council runs the most comprehensive, national environmental and public safety beach certification in the country. Delray Beach is one of 50 designations throughout the nation.
A beach must meet the program's criteria for water quality, beach and intertidal conditions, safety, services, habitat conservation, erosion management, public information and education. It is an "eco-label" which means the beach has met a set of rigorous health and safety standards and managed to protect the natural environment.
THE SEASIDE TOWN OF DELRAY:

We found this condo to be perfect for what we needed. Location great, plenty of space for the three of us. All amenities were available. Just wonderful. We plan to return.
