Description of the Delray Beach vacation condo rental

Large, clean studio condo with two private patios. Sparkling pool, ground floor for easy access. On the block across the street from the beach, five blocks south of Atlantic Avenue shopping and restaurants.

Newly furnished last year. Considered a "three room" studio as the kitchen is a separate room and not in the main large room as some studio condos are designed. Two private patios almost double the size of the unit. Tile and terrazo flooring.
Complex is quiet and peaceful with just 10 units. At night with the windows open you can hear the surf.

Located on the corner of Bay Street and Gleason Street -- Googleearth it or mapquest to see how close to the beach you will be!

Parking for one car in front of unit.

Also interested in "trade" with property in Portland, OR and possibly other places.

Delray has been voted All-American City twice. It is called the "Village by the Sea". Bike-able and walk-able community.

Property located just 10 minutes to the Tri-rail station which takes you to all three airports. It is 55 miles to Miami International Airport, 30 miles to Ft. Lauderdale Airport and 15 minutes to West Palm Beach Airport.

This unit truly is a comfortable walk to/from the beach. Close enough to walk back for lunch or use the bathroom!
This studio is bigger than many one bedrooms with the additional private outdoor space. Plus the murphy bed easily converts the main room into a large living room. Push up and it's gone! You don't even have to make your bed. Brand new mattresses are very comfortable. King sized bed is two twin mattresses side-by-side, for restless sleepers or a single person can opt to use just one twin bed.
City of Delray has many events and fairs including Jazz on the Avenue once a month. The new local library is a 10 minute walk with many events.
The Tennis Center of Delray holds many world class tennis events.

A very cozy condo. The Murphy bed was very comfortable. A short walk to the beach and local restaurants. If the pool was heated, I'd give it a 4. Over all, we had a very nice experience.
