This brand new 3 bedroom condo is situated in the heart of downtown Delray Beach...steps to the entertainment district and 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a heated roof top pool with a barbecue and lounge chairs.

The unit is very spacious, open concept and sleeps up to 8 people.Brand new mattresses and furniture! There is hardwood floors throughout this unit...

Stainless steel appliance (fridge, dishwasher, stove,microwave) and has a washer and dryer in the unit as well.

This unit is available for rent for up to 5 months at a time

Cost is depending on season.
