Fully furnished, 3 TVs, ceiling fans, huge closets, townhouse style oversized end unit on one level with view. Walk to active clubhouse with 2 billiard tables, olympic size pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and bocci courts. Rent includes cable TV, water, trash pick twice a week, and dedicated parking space in front of unit.
For seasonal rental use for up to four months throughout the year. 55+ community, centrally located, just bring toothbrush.
