Description of the Delray Beach vacation condo rental
THIS PROPERTY IS RENTED UNTIL MAY 2014. IT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS SEASON OR THE 2014 SEASON. DUE TO ASSOCIATION REQUIREMENTS, THERE IS A FOUR MONTH MINIMUM.
Snowbirds Welcome! This lovely, 2 bdrm/ 2 bath, first floor condo is freshly painted, with new carpeting and flooring. It is attractively furnished, light, airy and spacious with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. There is a screened patio off of the livingroom and bedroom, a large walk-in closet, two other closets and parking at your front door.
There are new mattresses for the adjustable beds in the bedroom. The den has a new sofa bed and Ethan Allen furniture. There is another sofa bed in the livingroom. Included are two televisions with cable/satellite and a DVD player.
The eat-in kitchen is completely stocked and has a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, washer/dryer and two coffee makers. Linens, towels and beach chairs are provided.
Palm Greens II is an active adult community (+55) providing two heated pools, tennis courts a golf course, a spa and a clubhouse offering a cardroom and interesting programs.
Just bring your clothes and you are ready to relax and enjoy.
