tenths of a mile walk to pristine beach, 1 block to Atlantic Avenue
with assigned off street parking. Unit boasts of marble floors
throughout, granite countertops in kitchen, wood cabinets, sub-zero
refrigerator/freezer, stainless steel appliances, washer & dryer in
unit, marble bathroom with shower and tub, modern new furnishings, round bedroom with 18 ft. ceiling, 2 French doors opening to terrace and front patio
overlooking Mediterranean courtyard with fountain to sit and enjoy
morning coffee or relax after a day at the beach.
Included with rental – two large televisions, DVD player VCR, CD and
cassette player with stereo system, fully equipped kitchen, linens,
convertible full size brand new Natuzzi leather sleeper sofa, all
appliances including coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, vacuum, iron,
and CD player alarm clock. All top of the line! We also provide digital cable, internet service as well as phone service including all long distance calls throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Atlantic Avenue Getway(53199)

I really enjoyed may stay at Joni and Norm's home so close to the ocean and Atlantic ave. They provided everything I needed to make my stay so comfortable. The weather was great not a day of rain.The condo is beauitful and on the second floor with great out door space in the front and also in the back to enjoy mornings and evenings outside.... Very save and secure.Thanks again Joni and Norm....Sharon
