This villa opens directly to the beach and the ocean. One-bedroom with additional room for four total people. Located in Bermuda High, a small, intimate complex of just 22 owners. Quiet, private, serene. Complex has beautifully landscaped swimming pool area. Each building (of four units) has own laundry facilities in the building. You would have to look far and wide to find a more inviting, perfect setting in Florida. Decorated in ocean-blue furnishings, white tile floors, full kitchen, ceiling fans in bedroom and living room. Cable television.

~Swimming pool on premise. ~Located just south of Linton Blvd (major east/west street) you are minutes from all shopping...groceries, drugstores, convenience stores, restaurants, etc. Also, Linton takes you directly to I-95 for easy access north or south. ~Near Atlantic Avenue, Delray's main downtown area with shopping, incredibly delicious gourmet restaurants,and tennis. ~Delray is 30 minutes south of Palm Beach and 30 minutes north of Ft. Lauderdale. A more perfect location would be hard to find.
