Bright and sunny, nicely landscaped High Point 7 offers an Olympic size heated swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, free grills and outdoor patio space for evening BBQ, with a community club house steps away from your front door.
You'll have as much activity and community life as you'd like with card parties, movie nights, and themed dinners or if you choose...a private retreat.
The home has many fine features. The large master bedroom with private bath can be closed off from the rest of the villa. The ground level living provides for gracious living. Tiled living areas and carpeted bedrooms. Walk in shower in the guest bathroom, full bath in the master suite. East, South and West exposures allow for the prevailing Florida breezes and show off the "Sunshine State" at its best. Vertical blinds keep the vacation home private. Ceiling fans in every room and a newer HVAC promise a climate controlled pleasant vacation spot.
The kitchen is fully equipped with service for 10, new pots and pans and kitchen appliances including: a double oven, and a side by side refrigerator with ice-maker in door, dishwasher, disposal, microwave and more.

Cozy even when it was cold!

This would have gotten a five star rating except for the fact that our family came to Florida during the coldest January in over 20 years! The cozy accomodations gave us and our three children a soft landing place the whole time we were in Delray. Can't wait to come back to this home away from home and get to that fabulous Delray Beach! We found lots of shopping, strolling in downtown Delray, movies, nice restaurants and scenery.
