This 2 bedroom, 2 bath first floor unit is located in a condo complex that is nestled on the shores of Lake Monroe/St. John's River. The unit is tastefully decorated and is fully furnished and equipped. It has a washer/dryer, cable TV and digital phone with unlimited calling in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. The unit has a queen bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. The unit has a large screened patio. The complex includes a resort type, heated swimming pool and tennis courts. The complex is in a quiet, heavily wooded, tropical setting. There is a boat ramp on Lake Monroe two minutes from the property.

Area Description
The unit is only minutes from I-4, Exit 108. The property is close to the beaches as well as the theme parks. Exit 108 is approximately 28 miles from Daytona Beach and the beaches going East and 30 miles from Orlando going west. Downtown Disney and Universal Studios is approximatley 35-40 minutes east of the property. St. Augustine is a one hour drive as is the Kennedy Space Center. Sanford and the Seminole Mall are 15 minutes from the property. Sanford has a large marina that offers daily luncheon, dinner and ecology river cruises. There is a small mall with a Publix Supermarket 5 minutes from the unit. Quaint Mount Dora is a 25 minutes drive from the property. There are several public golf courses within a 15 mile radius of the property. This unit is perfect for the person who wants to be conveniently located to more than just the theme parks.
