Description of the Denmark vacation cabin rental

Waterfront vintage decor country cabin, private and quiet located on Long Pond in Denmark Maine. The interior of the cabin is decorated in a vintage hunting, fishing lodge style. Romantic for two or cozy for a small family, kids love the loft.
This 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin will provide you with the
comfort and enjoyment your deserve on your Maine vacation. Great area to sight-see, shop, hike, bike, canoe, close to Pleasant Mountain and the New Hamphire White Mountain range, North Conway is twenty minutes away.
You can fish on the pond, or just kickback and relax. Sleeps 6-8 We have two aluminum row boats to site see on the pond or fish. Great little sandy beach for the kids to play on, safe gradual sandy bottom.

Area Information

This location is great as it provides the best of two northern states, with NH only 15 minutes away. The Saco river, Shawnee Peak ski and Moose Pond just 4 miles away. The quaint town of Bridgeton is 7 miles away, it has wonderful antique shops, exclusive designer shops, health food stores, Ice Cream, Drive-In Theatre, Bargain shopping at Reny's and a large grocery store. Lots of trails nearby to hike, bike,and snowmobile.

The best vacation ever

I have had the opportunity to travel the world and have seen some beautiful places. The cozy cottage in Denmark is at the top of my list. The house is cozy, warm and decorated with love. All you need is food, everything is at the house. My boys love going to the lake, taken out the boats, swimming and taken daily walks along the dirt rode. I love grilling on the desk and playing Rack O. If you are from a big city and need a real get away this is the place to be. Thank you for wonderful week and a day. We will be back soon

Very comfortable and pretty house. Had all the kitchen gadgets anyone could want! Lovely little pond and rowboats. Gracious and friendly owner. Many things to do in the area: Saco River, White Mts., Fryeberg, Bridgton.

Very nice place to stay with all the needed amenities. So much to do within a short distance. Pond was nice for boating, but not for fishing. Bull frogs were very musical. Very quiet area.

Amazing vacation all around! Location couldn't have been better - if you're looking for a quiet vacation spot, this is it! House has all the amenities of home with an adorable hunting/fishing cottage theme! My recommendation is to spend as much time at the cottage as possible, which isn't hard considering you're pretty far from any civilization. Nice and quiet - perfect for relaxing! The fantastic sandy beach made my dogs very happy! The only downside to the entire trip was that we didn't stay longer - we could have spent another week there and been blissfully happy! One note: bring Citronella candles because, if you're going to enjoy the spacious deck, you'll need them or the misquitos will carry you away!

We stayed a full week in August. We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed taking the kids to the drive in and the quietness of the area. Very comfortable cottage with plenty of room. We enjoyed swimming and taking the 2 rowboats out each day. We enjoyed going shopping and eating at the local diner downtown. Drive to downtown doesn't take too long ~ 20 minutes.

Awesome place, nice and cozy, loved the decorations. Really peaceful, enjoyed the nightly frog and loon music from the pond. The kids and dog just loved chasing the tadpoles and frogs, kept them busy for hours. Our daily rowboat rides on the pond were great, saw loon, heron and we caught over 60 catfish in one night. The kids loved the movies on the rainy days. Proposed to my girlfriend and will make sure to visit your lovely cabin in the future.
