We had a wonderful time staying at Patti's place. It's spacious, quite and Patti is a great hostess. It's a good place to stay and make trips around the Cape. There is a nice outside where you can have your breakfast and dinner. Dennis is also a nice town, since everything on the Cape in somewhere to reach within 60 minutes.

I stayed for three nights and loved the place. It's such a great place to come to home to on an evening, and Patti makes you feel right at home while at the same time respecting your privacy. I cannot recommend the place highly enough and would definitely stay there again if I'm in the Cape Cod area.

Patti is a WONDERFUL hostess. My boyfriend and I biked 50 miles from Provincetown to Dennis, and were completely aching afterward. Patti was kind enough to offer us a ride to anywhere (we asked to the nearest rental car agency)! The basement studio was spotless, and there were plenty of towels, complementary treats, bottles of water, and even wine provided! The bed was made everyday, and even our dishes were cleaned. Mayflower beach was nearby, perhaps the most beautiful beach on the Cape (white sands without pebbles, warm knee high water, hermit crabs). Altogether a pleasant stay.
