To reserve we require a 50% deposit and the remainder 10 days prior to arrival. Check in is 2:00 pm on Sat and check out is 10am the following Saturday.

A Hidden Cape Cod Jewel

Great little place. Quiet well kept neighborhood. Had everything we needed. Very clean. Loved our evenings on screened in porch playing games. Small beach down end of street and 5 minutes away from W Dennis beach. Central enough to quickly get to anything. Well equiped kitchen. Would definately rent again. Owners were very accomidating.

We stayed in this house in Brewster the week Hurricaine Irene passed by. It was better than we had ever expected! Mornings at the beach were so easy - we packed up the 2 kids in a wagon and walked to the beach every morning, and back to the house for lunch. They had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, and it was light and airy in the house. There is a nice big backyard, which we never got to play in, and it is in a quiet neighborhood with very nice neighbors. The opposite way of the beach is a great little ice cream shop/restaurant that is walkable as well. Linnell Landing was a perfect beach for kids and adults, and I would definetly rent this house in the future..

This was a neat little, well-kept cottage. Although we weren't scrimping on our vacation this was actually the cheapest one we found, even though there was nothing to complain about. We loved that it was midway between ocean-side and bay-side and a reasonable drive to the tip of the Cape. We had a great time here. You will, too!

Had a great time!! Cottage was exactly as listed. Perfect for a family of four. Probably the best possible location on the Cape if your interested in doing stuff on both east and west ends and also north and south beaches. Would stay again in a heartbeat and plan on it!!!

This cottage was perfect for our family of 5. Our youngest slept in the living room in a crib. It served our needs perfectly. Close to bay and ocean. Quiet street. Nice area. More residential than tourist. PERFECT! Would highly recommend it!

We found this charming cottage to be perfect for our family vacation.This is a well cared for family cottage, very clean,nicely furnished and with what appears to be a new bathroom.This is just right for a family of 4.The location was perfect, close to stores and within 10 minute drives from either north or south side beaches. We found it to be a close drive to many attractions. Having never been to the Cape before, we were thrilled with this cottage!Would rent it again in a heart beat!

We loved the screened in porch! It was an easy commute to shopping, restaurants and the beach - nice central location. Quiet neighborhood too.

Theres nothing like the Beaches in Dennis. The bay side beaches are great for staying late and watching the sunset on the water. The Nantucket Sound side beaches have great surf and the seals are amazing to watch.
