Two story, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath cape with spacious newly renovated kitchen, dining room, living room. 1st floor master bedroom has queen bed, private sitting room & full bathrm. 1st floor second bedroom floor has a queen bed. 2nd floor has two large airy bedrooms; one w/ (1) full bed & (1) twin; the other has (2) twins. Full bath/shower on 2nd floor.
Three bedrooms have in-window AIR CONDITIONING. All have fans. Washer/dryer & additional half bath on first floor. Cable television, DVD/VCR, high speed internet access. Side porch/deck; weber gas grill and charcoal grill; outdoor enclosed hot & cold shower; picnic table; garage.
