Description of the Dennis vacation home rental

A Classic Cape Cod for rent. The house has four bedrooms 2 upstairs and 2 down. The upstairs consits of a master bedroom with a Queen bed and also a single. The 2nd upstairs bedroom has 3 single beds. Upstairs has a full bath including bath tub. Down stairs bedroom has 2 single beds and 2nd bedroom has a double bed and a single. Full bath down stairs with shower. Full kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. Family room with TV with cable hookup and a vcr. there is also a screened in porch. Large deck with gas grill off the kitchen, and outdoor shower with hot and cold water(the best) and dressing area. Large yard and in a very good neighborhood. AC units for all bedrooms. Washer and dryer. A 2500 sf home with everything that you need to have an enjoyable vacation.Also access to private beach on the Bass River only 100 yards away!

Area Information

A short distance South of route 28 and close to the Bass river (100 yds)with beach rights. Private area great for riding bikes, walking, and West Dennis Beach is less the 1 mile away. Golfing, boating, restaruants, shopping, are less that 2 miles if that. Very safe and secure area to spend a vacation.

A Beautiful Property

Our family just spent a wonderful week relaxing at the Cape in this beautifully decorated and conveniently located property. We appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facility, along with a comfortable screened in porch to relax in with a good book. Absolutely perfect!

You cannot get a better rental on the Cape than this house. The location is perfect- close to beaches, restaurants, kayaking on the Bass River (which is not to be missed!), stuff for the kids, quaint shops, and so much more. Grocery stores are minutes away, and the house is the most comfortable, clean, and well maintained rental we've ever had. We were 2 families renting together (10 of us total) and the house was easily big enough for all. The large deck outside, complete with lovely gardens and an immaculate gas grill, looked out to a double sized lot with plenty of room for our kids to play catch with their lacrosse sticks while the adults had heated bean bag tournaments. This house is really cozy and we enjoyed our stay so much! Very quiet and it was so nice when we came back from the beach, took a warm shower and enjoyed the garden. This house is perfect for relaxing and vacation! Ed Thank you again! We will come back!

Hi Ed! I wanted to thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us! We were so pleased and really enjoyed ourselves! We rent different houses every summer and this was (by far) the cleanest house we have ever been too! It was so nice to go to do the laundry in the basement and not have spiders crawling everywhere.

West Dennis Rental - GREAT!!

The house was exactly as presented on line. The owners were extremely accomodating even providing sheets for some of the beds and leaving an available key because we were arriving late on check-in day. No doubt one of our best rental experiences.
