The unit offers high speed wireless internet also. The common backyard features an outdoor shower and built in charcoal grills and picnic tables for outdoor dining. Restaurants, golf, ferry to the islands and antiquing are just minutes away. Our unit would suit a couple perfectly although it does sleep 4...Units such as these do not last, so don't wait...book today for those prime 2009 summer weeks. We also have two other properties for rent...another efficiency just steps to the beach and an adorable two bedroom unit located only 5 houses to the beach, just perfect for a family with one or two children...please e-mail me for info on those properties.

Area Description

This is a great seaside location. The views are lovely, the water is warm and you can walk to a few restaurants (one just steps away). Dennisport is located mid cape making day trips to Provincetown (tip of cape) less than 1.5 hours away or drive opposite direction and be in famous historic Hyannis/Hyannisport where you can board a ferry to the islands for a great day trip also. Golf courses are too numerous to name along with hiking trails, fabulous restaurants, antiquing and visiting beautiful lighthouses in Chatham and various other towns.
