Description of the Dennisport vacation condo rental

If you are looking for the perfect Cape Cod vacation with all the comforts of home, this is it. Sit on your balcony overlooking beautiful warm Nantucket Sound or walk across the street to our own private beach. Our studio efficiency is a lovely contemporary style lofted end unit. It features cathedral ceilings with skylight, A/C, ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen, full bath, new flat screen TV with extended cable featuring movie channels such as HBO and WIFI. The back yard (which is a common area to all units) features an outdoor shower and built in charcoal grills and picnic tables for all guests to use. For space/comfort reasons, this unit is most suited for 2 people. The sleeping loft would be suitable for an older child (teen) Restaurants, golf, ferry to the islands and antiquing are just minutes away. Ocean view units book up early..don't hesitate, book now!! We also have two other efficiencies located just a few houses from this unit. they can also be seen on vacation home rentals. Sorry..we have a No Pet/No Smoking policy strictly enforced. Guests must provide their own lines. You must be 21 years of age or older to rent this property.

Area Information

This is a great seaside location. The views are lovely, the water is warm and you can walk to a few restaurants (one just steps away). Dennisport is located mid cape making day trips to Provincetown (tip of cape) less than 1.5 hours away or drive opposite direction and be in famous historic Hyannis/Hyannisport where you can board a ferry to the islands for a great day trip also. Golf courses are too numerous to name along with hiking trails, fabulous restaurants, antiquing and visiting beautiful lighthouses in Chatham and various other towns.

Piece of Heaven

What a lovely spot! Being able to see and hear Nantucket Sound from the room was a bonus to what I was looking for. It was so peaceful to overlook the beach from the 2nd floor balcony. Stress floated away. Condo was clean and efficient; owner delightful and accommodating. Easy walking and close to bike trail.
