Description of the Dennisport vacation condo rental

If you are looking for a wonderful cape vacation at the beach without the high cost, this is it. Walk one minute and you are at the beach enjoying the warm water of Nantucket Sound. Our unit comes fully equipped so you can relax! Being an efficiency and for space purposes, our unit is most suited for two people. (a child can sleep on the sofabed though), Our unit features honey pine hardwood flooring, A/C, full bath, fully equipped mini kitchen including stove with oven and extended cable tv and very comfy newer queen size bed Enjoy dining on your private patio after a day at the beach or socialize in the courtyard using the common gas grills and patio tables. The complex is a beautifully run property and shows pride of ownership. Enjoy a swim in our well maintained inground pool after spending the day at the beach. Units this close to the beach do not last long. Peak summer weeks sell out fast. Sorry but absolutely no pets and no smoking allowed in units or on premise. It's all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!!!!!!!! You must provide your own linens.

Area Information

Seaside location within minutes to hundreds of restaurants, mini golf, shops, antiquing, fishing, ferries to the Islands. Dennisport is mid cape making the location perfect for day trips to Provincetown or the Falmouth area. (less than 1 hour from each location).

All international wire transfers will incur a $25.00 bank fee (that amt must be added to wire transfer)
Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
Other Fees: Off season rates do not include $25.00 cleaning fee. Offseason pertains to any/all reservations before June 16 and after September 1.

Hyannis is a 20 minute ride away, visit the Kennedy Center, enjoy a concert at the Melody Tent or take a ride to the Provincetown from the condo, just 50 minutes away..Dennisport is located central Cape Cod making day trips to either end a breeze.

This was an absolutely gorgeous little condo. Just the right size, across the street from the beach. Wonderful views, very walkable and bikeable community. Owner was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Unit was extremely clean. Would go back again in a heartbeat! Thanks Claire!
