Description of the Dennisport vacation condo rental

If you are looking for a wonderful Cape Cod vacation at the beach without the high price tag, this is it. A one minute walk (three houses) and you're at the beach enjoying the warm water of Nantucket Sound. Our unit comes fully equipped for a wonderful relaxing vacation. Although this is most perfect for a couple, it can sleep 4 (pull out sofa). The condo has air conditioning, full bath, fully equipped mini kitchen including stove with oven and extended cable tv. Enjoy dining on your private patio after a day at the beach or socialize in the courtyard using the common built in gas grills and patio tables. The complex is a beautifully run property and shows pride of ownership. Enjoy a swim in lovely outdoor inground pool after spending the day at the beach. Units this close to the beach do not last long.

Check Out: 10 a.m.
Required Stay: Saturday to Saturday Peak
Deposits: 1/2 full rental received within 7 days with balance plus 200 fully refundable security deposit received on/before June 1, 2009. All bookings after May 15 require full payment within 7 days of booking.

waking up to a clean and beautiful view of the ocean was great. I would definately love to rent again. This place was very clean and very comfortable.
