Description of the Dennisport vacation condo rental

If you are looking for that perfect affordable cape cod vacation, this is it Our unit, tastefully decorated in a seashell theme has everything you need. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove with oven, lots of cabinet storage and new appliances. Bathroom is updated with charming wainscotting, cornered glass shower unit and tile floor. The unit has knotty pine interior, pergo flooring, bay window and A/C and of course WIFI. Sliders lead you to a private deck which offers an all weather wicker dining patio set and charcoal weber grill. You can relax and watch the new flat screen tv from either the couch or your comfortable beautiful brass bed. The beach is a 3 minute walk (end of street) After a day at the beach, take an fabulous cape cod outdoor shower at one of the common outdoor shower/dressing rooms on site. Units this close to the beach don't last long so don't wait to reserve. You must supply your own linens and sorry but absolutely no pets and no smoking allowed. An infant/child (sleeping in pack and play) is acceptable. Rate per week does not include fully refundable $200 security deposit. Offseason rates do not include a $25 cleaning fee. . Area Information

Dennisport offers so much to do!! There are restaurants golore, golfing (both mini and beautiful 18 hole courses) all within minutes of the condo. The beaches, walking and biking trails are beautiful. You can rent kayaks, boats of all sizes and cruise the bass river which opens into Nantucket sound. If you are into antiquing, take a drive along route 6a, your options will be endless. Dennisport is mid cape making trips to Provincetown and/or Falmouth area less than 1 hour away.

Your security will be mailed back prompty upon your departure $25 Cleaning fee during "off season" rentals and short-term (less than 1 week during peak) weekend rate in peak season $150 per night (2 night weekend minimum) You must be 21 years of age or older to rent this unit
