Description of the Dennisport vacation cottage rental
Area Information
To keep you gathered over your favorite movies, music and sitcoms, the living room has TV, cable TV, satellite TV and DVD player. High speed Internet access is also available for you to surf the web and or be in touch with friends or family through emails. Those who love grilled food can take advantage of the private charcoal barbecue. Our retreat is child friendly as well.
For golf aficionados, excellent golf courses are at a short reach. If you appreciate fine dining, then there are many restaurants, cafes and diners nearby where you can relish some amazing cuisines and delicacies. The shopping centers as well as outlet stores are also close by where you can stock up on supplies or buy your vacation memorabilia.
This cottage is a duplex, so there are 3 bedrooms available on each side! If you'd like to rent both let us know, there is a discount for renting both sides!

Great Cottage in Even Greater Location

The cottage had a great beach feel to it and the deck with furniture really added to it. It was big enough for our family and the bathroom was new and had a tub (important to us with our toddler). The kitchen was well equipped and the charcoal grill was great. The best part of this cottage though? Where it sits! There's a great park, with a playground and bike path right across the street. You can walk down a path through the park to the beach. (When we were taking a lot of stuff, we would drive down the road instead but it's so close my husband could drop us off and walk back after returning our vehicle to the driveway. No parking fee.) Yarmouth has a lot to do and is a short drive away. Dennisport is quiet enough that the older kids and I could ride our bikes on the roads. Speaking of bikes, the Cape Cod Rail Trail is a short drive away too. I want to return sometime for sure.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this locastion even more than the first time 2 yrs ago. We really liked the front deck where we had our happy hour every afternoon. The house is conveniently located. We walked to the beach and every night we walked up and down the different streets in town. Our weather was perfect and we were very pleased with the new bathroom and couldn't believe how quiet it was. We hope to be able to come back next year for maybe 2 weeks.

We came back to stay for another week this year! The bathroom has been redone and looks great. Enjoyed ourselves for yet another year at our little "summer getaway". The park across the street is PERFECT, a few steps away and theres the beach! It was our second trip to Cape Cod. We rented 2 bedrooms rental house at Dennis port. Everything was excellent. The house has all that you need. The fully loaded kitchen, big backyard with all furniture and barbecue. We enjoyed our stay. We plan to come next year again.

The place was as advertised. It is in a really convenient location to walk to the beach and several restaurants and taverns. A bonus is that the Sundae School ice cream place is a short walk too. Very clean and kept cool on warmest days in the 90's with nice breezes and ceiling fans. Nice deck in front with nice furniture. Beds were comfortable. The only downside is that it is on a busy street. I met the owner and he is a very nice guy. Great value.

My family & I had a wonderful, relaxing time at this well-equipped home. It was so easy to reach the owner when needed and he was very accommodating. We loved the proximity to the ocean and lots of restaurants and ice cream shops. The parking lot across from the property was ideal for the kids bike riding. Overall I would highly recommend this fine vacation home.
