Come enjoy the nature, beauty and adventure of Cape Cod at a quintessential Cape Cod beach cottage. Come visit our classic New England coastal community and stay in our cozy beach cottage. Just a short walk to Sea Street beach (1/2 mile). The location of our cottages and their close proximity to beaches, dining and the Cape attractions are always something that our guests comment about.

We are located on a family-friendly cul-de-sac with six other family summer homes & vacation rentals. Each of our beach cottages have that traditional Cape Cod feel with knotty pine interior walls and the airy open floor plan for the living room & kitchen area. Two bedrooms (two twins in each) with all new bedding annually and recent purchases of mattresses. One bath with shower.

You have your own front deck with a full patio set for you to sit out & enjoy your morning coffee as the sun rises. Their is also a gas grill for your family to enjoy an after-beach dinner. Each cottage has their own gas grill.

Each cottage is also equipped with it's own outdoor shower with hot water. A favorite of a true Cape Cod experience. Perfect for washing off the salt water & sand at the end of your beach day!

We are located on the Nantucket Sound (.3 mile) side of Cape Cod. Sea Street beach is our closest beach from your cottage (4 others within a mile). It is a public, life-guarded beach just an easy stroll....down Sea Street. (Sea Street runs diagonally and the walk is about .5 mile) You do not need to bring your own beach chairs we have provided four beach chairs for you to enjoy the surf and sand. Along with a soft-sided rolling cooler to enjoy a picnic lunch at the beach or to take along on one of your day trips.

LOCATION - With our convenient location - you can stroll to the local farmstand or pizza parlor and then treat yourself to Cape Cod's most popular ice cream all literally around the corner from your beach cottage. You can also take a very short walk to enjoy a great breakfast or dinner at the Wee Packet or lobster & steamers at the Wooden Shoe, (both about .2 mile) a favorite among the locals. We also are close by to fine dining at the Ocean House. Favorites of many summer guest ...The Ebb Tide and Oyster Company are also close by also.

Dennis is the heart of the Cape, which makes it accessible to everything the Cape has to offer.
Locating yourself in the Mid-Cape area , you will have nearby access to all of the popular attractions that folks come here to the Cape for .......

After driving five hrs from NYC we arrived to magnificant weather on a quiet dead end road close to Nantucket Sound. Our cottage (attached to another) was simple, but perfect for a couple's home base. It had everything one could want. The size is perfect for a family of four. Two bedrooms with 4 twin beds, although I think it'd be nice if one room had a full bed instead. Perfect location for access to all of Cape Cod. We attended a wedding in Chatham, a 20 minute calm scenic drive. The Main St. village is a must stop for all visitors. Beach options are plentiful. Ours, by the cottage, was perfect/peaceful. Will definitely go again. Best to rent both cottages. We stayed in both (slight inconvenience switching). They have little porches with outdoor seating and BBQs. The only downside is cottage A has no heat...for those visiting in the off-season.

Thank you so so much! We truly appreciated the comfort of the cottage. It was spotless and comforting! It was raining when we arrived so stepping in to a wonderfully clean place was really nice!! We really just relaxed ! We did take day trips around the mid-cape area, spent a lot of time at the beach and did go to Martha's Vineyard for a day...but coming back to the cottage was like going "home". MUCH better than any hotel...after a day of beach and site-seeing, just coming back to cook dinner, take a shower and read or play Yahtzee or just sit watching a little TV was JUST what we wanted to do! The ONLY meal we ate out was on Martha's Vineyard ! It was wonderful having the grill at our disposal...and a full-equipped kitchen to fix just what we wanted! We especially liked: The location of the cottage...near a wonderful beach...which we visited EVERY day and mid-cape so we could go in any direction without being too far from either end ! THE WELCOME BOOK WAS AWESOME. Everything

We were so surprised when we stepped into the cottage - it is beautiful!! We were expecting bare bones and what we got was fantastic!! Not only is the cottage beautiful, but it was immaculate. It is in a great location - we could walk to the beach and were close to so many other locations easily accessible by car. If you're looking for a great getaway, I highly suggest you book this cottage soon.

This was our first visit to the Cape and we happy with our choice, we found the cottage easily. We had to contact the owner and got a swift response which was great. I would recommend this place, walkable to the beach and cottage as desribed.
