This well maintained, immaculate property on a dead end street was the perfect getaway for a late August vacation. The cottage had an updated kitchen and bathroom which were very nice. We were able to walk to Sea Street Beach and Sundae School which was a plus with young children. Although we ate out most of the time, the kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials along with a grill in the back. The screened in porch was a nice surprise as we were able to sit outside and read every evening. The location in Dennisport was perfect in that we were 15 minutes away from most of the activities we wanted to take in (fishing trip, bumper boats, go karts, etc.). The owners were absolutely lovely as we met them the last few days of our stay there. I would highly recommend this property for a couple or small family.

We loved this cosy cottage. Whilst small and reasonably basic it had everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. It was close to several restaurants (walking distance) and a short drive away from many more. We loved the laid back feel of the cottage, the lazy evenings spent relaxing over a bottle of wine or driving to the beach to see the lovely sunsets. We would recommend the cottage and hope one day to return. The owner was a fantastic help before our holiday and the information provided once we arrived was very comprehensive - many thanks Kathleen!

the home itself was well stocked, comfortable, clean and quiet. We disliked the arrangement for payment in the limited ways we could pay. This resulted in a lost check(cashiers), a post office claim, using cash, and great qnxiety. Recommend you expand your options, such as a debit card. To date i still have not received my umcashed deposit check or the origina, cashiers check written to the proprietor. The management of tge property itself is personal, and anticipated nice touches that helped us settle in and relax.

This quaint cottage is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The cottage is well equipped for barbacues to lobster bakes and anything in between. The property is well maintained and extremely clean. The location is excellent. You can take a stroll to the local beach and enjoy the beautful cape water or head to Route 28 for some shopping/entertainment. The children loved the cul de sac to ride bikes and scooters and the adults loved the outdoor patio for having a midday cocktail. A great vacation and I would recommend the cottage to friends and family. I look forward to returning next summer.

Well-equipped and located charming cottage. Ideal with one or two children as the cottage is located in a cul de sac and a beach is at the end of the street (5 mn walk); Also a great location if you want to explore Cape Cod. The owner's description is accurate.

Our family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It felt like going back home after a long winter! Everything you need is made available by the owner and more. For exemple, you'll find fresh herbs growing in the garden, beach chairs, cooler and all kind of beach toys for all age of kids, discount card for the supermarket on your key chain, lobster tools, etc. The cottage size is perfect for four persons (we have 2 teenagers). It is very pretty, well decorated and so confortable. Well located in midcape, ice cream around the corner is fantastic! There was a little bit more instructions to follow before you get there and when you leave than other cottages we rented before (in Canada) but it was well worth it.

This is our fourth year staying in one of these cottages - we love it. The location is excellent for beaches, walking, shopping, dining out. The cottages are always immaculate and the owners treat you extremely well. If you have a question you get an immediate answer. I would recommend these cottages highly to anyone interested. We have been going to the Cape over several years and I would say these cottages have been our favourite Cottages deserve at least a 5 star rating.

Three girlfriends and I stayed at this little slice of heaven in August. We loved it! The owners were extremely hospitable and provided us with great information ahead of our trip. The cottage was well-equipped with everything you could want and the guest binder was packed with information. We found that the location was ideal as we were within easy access of day trips to Hyannis, Chatham, and even Provincetown. We LOVED Sundae School (around the corner)!!

The owner was very accomodating and kept in contact with me from the time I was interested in the cottage rental to the day we got there. Lots of info in the cottage that was so very helpful. We loved that everything was there (even beach towels) Would have loved wi-fi but considering the price point everything was great.

After driving five hrs from NYC we arrived to magnificant weather on a quiet dead end road close to Nantucket Sound. Our cottage (attached to another) was simple, but perfect for a couple's home base. It had everything one could want. The size is perfect for a family of four. Two bedrooms with 4 twin beds, although I think it'd be nice if one room had a full bed instead. Perfect location for access to all of Cape Cod. We attended a wedding in Chatham, a 20 minute calm scenic drive. The Main St. village is a must stop for all visitors. Beach options are plentiful. Ours, by the cottage, was perfect/peaceful. Will definitely go again. Best to rent both cottages. We stayed in both (slight inconvenience switching). They have little porches with outdoor seating and BBQs. The only downside is cottage A has no heat...for those visiting in the off-season.

Thank you so so much! We truly appreciated the comfort of the cottage. It was spotless and comforting! It was raining when we arrived so stepping in to a wonderfully clean place was really nice!! We really just relaxed ! We did take day trips around the mid-cape area, spent a lot of time at the beach and did go to Martha's Vineyard for a day...but coming back to the cottage was like going "home". MUCH better than any hotel...after a day of beach and site-seeing, just coming back to cook dinner, take a shower and read or play Yahtzee or just sit watching a little TV was JUST what we wanted to do! The ONLY meal we ate out was on Martha's Vineyard ! It was wonderful having the grill at our disposal...and a full-equipped kitchen to fix just what we wanted! We especially liked: The location of the cottage...near a wonderful beach...which we visited EVERY day and mid-cape so we could go in any direction without being too far from either end ! THE WELCOME BOOK WAS AWESOME. Everything

We were so surprised when we stepped into the cottage - it is beautiful!! We were expecting bare bones and what we got was fantastic!! Not only is the cottage beautiful, but it was immaculate. It is in a great location - we could walk to the beach and were close to so many other locations easily accessible by car. If you're looking for a great getaway, I highly suggest you book this cottage soon.

This was our first visit to the Cape and we happy with our choice, we found the cottage easily. We had to contact the owner and got a swift response which was great. I would recommend this place, walkable to the beach and cottage as desribed.
The location was great, close to the beach and in Dennisport where we love to stay. Cul de sac was nice and quiet. It was truly a lovely cottage and I really liked the blue nautical theme. ..... Laureen CT
