Cape Cod Charm! Off the beaten path with lots of privacy. To top it off, this casual, comfortable and tastefully decorated waterfront property offers one of the largest private beaches along this shoreline. Sunning and swimming on you own beach is a wonderful way to spend a vacation on Cape Cod!

The house is decorated with beach house taste and charm. Hardwood floors throughout, a private yard and the private beach make this property very special. And you can walk to the ice cream shop and mini golf too! We are also within walking distance of several restaurants from fine dining to family fare.

The first floor has a spacious dining room, living room and sunroom with a 32" flat screen television, all facing the water, a newly renovated and fully equipped eat in kitchen, a full bath and laundry room. There is a back patio with picnic table and brand new gas BBQ through the kitchen sliders. The second floor has 4 bedrooms and a full bath. Two of the bedrooms have waterviews.

Not one, but two patios! End the day by relaxing or enjoying a meal on the second patio which overlooks the beach and take in the sweeping views of Nantucket Sound or watch the sunset.
