Description of the Dennisport vacation cottage rental
The house is decorated with beach house taste and charm. Hardwood floors throughout, a private yard and the private beach make this property very special. And you can walk to the ice cream shop and mini golf too! We are also within walking distance of several restaurants from fine dining to family fare.
The first floor has a spacious dining room, living room and sunroom with a 32" flat screen television, all facing the water, a newly renovated and fully equipped eat in kitchen, a full bath and laundry room. There is a back patio with picnic table and brand new gas BBQ through the kitchen sliders. The second floor has 4 bedrooms and a full bath. Two of the bedrooms have waterviews.
Not one, but two patios! End the day by relaxing or enjoying a meal on the second patio which overlooks the beach and take in the sweeping views of Nantucket Sound or watch the sunset.

Guests may smoke outside on the porch or on the grounds. Guests who smoke indoors will be charged a fee of $250 to cover the cost of cleaning and “de-contaminating” the house. The house and location are superb. Really ideal for a family reunion. I have to emphasize that the house really is well designed. Kids can be watching cartoons in the sun room while the grandparents snooze on the sofas on the other side of the house. The front deck is perfect and very spacious. Really the best of the best in a lovely spot with old cape charm.

Best Cape Cod Vacation!!!

This house was just awesome! We rented this house for a family vacation - there were eight of us staying in the house and we never seemed to bump into each other. We loved sitting on the porch to chat and catch up. (We probably sat on the porch more than we sat in the house). The rooms were tastefully decorated and felt just like "home". The firepit was wonderful as we made smores late into the evening. The beach was very clean and the water was amazing. We look forward to vacationing at this house for many years to come!

A Relaxing Cape Cod Experience

If you're looking for a quiet vacation with the ocean at your front door, then this is the place for you. The cottage is quaint with an authentic Cape Cod feel. The private beach front is one of the biggest along the immediate strand. We had our section to ourselves the week we visited. When we return some day we will definitely book this rental. We have already referred it to several friends and family members. Ideal for a family of four.

We enjoyed staying here, the house was very spacious for the 6 of us. Kitchen is very well equipped. We LOVE the new ocean facing porch, spent a lot of time there, mornings and evenings. Lots of nature around you, including a family of bunnies with newborns! Kids loved walks on the beach searching for shells. Beach was very private. Great place to stay in Dennisport!

A Great Family Vacation Spot

This was our first multi-generational family vacation, and we couldn't have chosen a better home to stay in. So charming, so comfortable, and so well equipped. All of our needs were met. Our granddaughters especially enjoyed having their own private beach. They brought lots of sea shells home! This was a great location from which to visit the rest of Cape Cod.

Nice combo of old and new(kitchen). A bit underlamped in living room and 1 bedroom. Hot water problem was professionally and promptly handled. Lovely setting.

Cape Cod, what an experience! I have seven wonderful friends who joined me for another fun filled adventure. Hats off to the rental agency for suggesting your vacation rental. you have such a warm charm filled home. The ornate overlays covering the bookcases to the fine lace valances draping the windows and the many great antiques, following through with the modern appliances and well stocked cooking utensils certainly provided an easy and relaxing vacation. The bedrooms are properly supplied and the color combination are perfect throughout. Having a place in upstate NY, I was most impressed that you truly care about your renters!!! WE definitely will return! Loved the flat screen TV, however laying in bed seeing the ocean and hearing the waves crash against the sea wall was the best!! See you next year!! P.S.
