Description of the Dennisport vacation cottage rental

Unpack and start relaxing, in these completely renovated clean comfortable cottages. No need to pack a car or cooler to go to the beach. Easy walk back and forth from cottage to beach. We can accomodate couples, or large groups/family reunions and everything in between.

Three newly renovated units on one lot.

Unit 1: 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath, spacious renovated home, sleeps 8. $1850 Peak

Unit 2: Half duplex, 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Kitchen open to the living room. Sleeps 2+ $750 Peak

Unit 3: Half duplex, 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Kitchen open to the living room. Sleeps 2+ $750 Peak

Note: refrigerators in duplex are under the counter size.

Quick walk to the beach!

September 6, 2012

Location was perfect; door to sand under a 5 minute walk. Great fish market & farm stand less than a mile away along with a number of great restaurants. Plenty of room for us (2 adults & 2 children) in the front house which had the capacity to sleep 8-10 with 3 bedrooms/2 baths. Cooked in a number of nights and there were more than enough pots/pans, dishes, etc.

Nice relaxing time at a great location

This place is could not be in a better spot! Only 2 minute walk to the beach! Also, very close to stores, restaurants and activities. The place was comfortable enough to house 6 people and was in great condition with a nice patio which we used every night. The yard was a little to be desired (brown and burnt out), but other than that it was great. We will definitely be coming back

Family Reunion Home is correct

July 30, 2012

These two properties easily housed me, my parents, my brother and his partner, my two daughters, their husbands and 4 grandchildren. The access to the beach is great. House was clean and comfortable. My only recommendation is to upgrade the kitchen dishes to Corelle or something less clunky and unbreakable. The kitchen also could use a better mug and glassware selection. We are hoping to do this again next year.

Overall the place was great. The location was steps away for the beach, and the beach was very nice. My friend had stayed in another unit on the premises so it was wonderful to wake up and have coffee together every morning. We are thinking of renting all four houses next year and make it a family/friend getaway.

Newly renovated cottage. House is short walk to the beach. Loved being able to get up in the morning and walk to beach and walk home for lunch. Family members could come back and forth as they needed. Very important since there were 2 babys. Owners are very nice and easy to deal with. We ended up renting the back left duplex and my niece rented the right side.

Newly updated cottage-- new sink, countertop, bbq, mattresses, pillows etc. We stayed at the front house, which has three bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. Owners were very pleasant to deal with, and beach toys/chairs were provided. Outdoor shower and washer/dryer was very convenient. Has Wifi. Short walk to the beach.
