This is a perfect vaction spot for families with children or anyone who loves the beach. Our cottage is just steps to the stairs leading to the sandy, warm water,
kid friendly beach. Spend the day on the beach without having to pack anything. Whether you want to fish, swim, read, fly a kite or take a nap-- your private (residents only) beach is 50 steps from your kitchen and fridge.
Immaculate 2 bedroom cozy cottage comfortably sleeps 4. One bedroom has twin beds, the other has a double bed. There is also a sleep sofa in the living room for an overnight guest or two. Sit on the deck and enjoy the constant cool ocean breeze.

Other info: We provide blankets and pillows. We do not provide bed linens (sheets or towels). This is a Saturday to Saturday vacation rental. Check-in is 2:00 PM Saturday; check-out is 10:00 AM the following Saturday.

As beach lovers we prefer to spend the day on the beach, lying on a raft, swimming or boogy boarding-waves permitting. However there is much to do for those who prefer to get out of the mid-day sun or to get some exercise.
Walk ½ mile to the Sunday School Ice Cream Shop—famous in the area for their homemade ice-cream. Rent kayaks, canoes or paddle boats close by. Take the kids mini-golfing, ride the go-carts, bumper boats or let them jump on the trampolines all within close proximity. The Cape Cod Rail Trail (bike path) stretches from Dennis to Wellfleet for a total distance of 22 miles. You can pick up the path less than 2 miles from the cottage.

My 14 yo son and I stayed in this slice of Heaven for a week in the beginning of August and are counting down the days until we return again next year. We arrived to a bottle of wine in a spotless, cozy cottage and were greeted by Andrea, who made us feel like family. We spent the week relaxing on our private beach, walking, biking, eating excellent food, and in great conversation with Andrea, John and their friends. We had all the amenities needed to cook at home and were close to every type of store necessary. We spent a day in Provincetown and went on an excellent whale watch, shopped in great stores and had yummy food. This is the perfect place for a small family and in the perfect location; you would not be disappointed at all!

We had a great time at this cottage! The cottage was clean and had everything we need, located a few steps from the beach. The beach was great, the water is very warm and the kids loved it. Andrea and John were great hosts, I totally recommend this spot.

Just spent a week at this cottage, this is the perfect location for a relaxing vacation. It is a very peaceful area, only steps away from the private beach. We certainly plan on renting this cottage in the future. Veronica and Lionel.
We had a great time! The location of the cottage was spot on to the beach! John and Andrea were great hosts. Our 4 year son had a great time in the ocean, on the beach and walking among the little community of cottages. It was a perfect location with perfect weather. The cottage was clean and perfect size for our family. We hope to be back next year! Ring the chimes for us!!

We had a great week, and were so lucky to have perfect beach weather every day. Just a few steps away from a great beach, private enough that it wasn't too crowded and we enjoyed our space. The front porch was a perfectly relaxing place to sit in the evenings and read while feeling the fresh breeze from the ocean. Great place for walking. I especially loved being close to the very delicious ice cream shop, Sundae School. John and Andrea are very hospitable and were available any time we had any questions, great hosts!

"We just returned from a fabulous week on Cape Cod and highly recommend this rental. The cottage was perfect for my kids and I. They were able to make use of the beach, meet some wonderful new friends and also bike safely 'within the colony' of cottages. The Dennisport location is centrally located and is ideal if you want to take advantage of many of the mid-Cape fun spots - we were able to go deep sea fishing, seal watching, bike trail, go carts, bumper boats, tour Chatham and MORE!

"We just returned from our vacatuion: ten blissful days of rest and relaxation at this lovely spot overlooking the warm waters of Nantucket Sound. The cottage was spotless, the beach private and just down the steps from our front door. It was especially nice to have the owners next door who were a wonderful resource for the many attractions in the area (a real time saver). I highly recommend this location due to its proximity to Hyannis and ferry to Martha's Vineyard for those days that you may want to explore something different.
