Description of the Dennisport vacation home rental

You will love the location of this spacious, sunny, well-maintained house - just a short 5 minute walk to the ocean beach. This 3 bedroom, two full-bath fully appointed house is located on a quite cul-de-sac and includes a fully attached apartment, which was recently completely renovated. Although fully part of the house, this apartment area can be separated from the main part of the house by closing a door. The apartment has its own bathroom and kitchen area. The setup of this house is perfect for large families, or families with visiting grandparents or friends who want their own space! The house features a large livingroom (with working fireplace), and dining area which are well suited for gatherings, card games, watching television (we also provide a selection of family movies), and plenty of space to just relax after a day at the beach, golf, or a day spent touring the beautiful sights and quaint shops that only Cape Cod can offer.

Area Information

Our home is a short five minute walk to the ocean beach, but also right around the corner from Sundae School Ice Cream, and a five minute walk to Woofies Bakery. Why cook when you can eat out! Another short stroll beyond Woolfies will bring you to Clancy's Beach Bar where you can enjoy indoor or outdoor dining on their deck. The neighborhood farm stand is all you need for fresh fruits and vegetables, or a quick stop for a gallon of milk.

A Wonderful Vacation Home!

The size and layout of this warm and welcoming home is perfect for a family. Outside is great for children with a private cul de sac and lots & lots of shade. Everything was perfect right down to all the items provided such as kitchen items, toys, lots of beach stuff (chairs, umbrella, beach toys), games. Plenty of room for eight people and very clean.

What a beautiful cottage and setting! The house was as clean as could be and had everything we could possibly need, right down to the tissues. We found the notebook with places to eat and shop (and the TV stations!) was very helpful. There should be an extra rating star to add for the perfect weather during this fourth weekend in September.
