Lots of room and very clean!

Loved having 3 bedrooms and if needed, the couch in living room even pulls out to sleep 2 more! We used the many bikes available and the beach chairs. Saved us tons of room in the car! All you need to bring is sheets and your sunscreen. The porch is huge and the outdoor shower is a bonus. My husband loved the Weber gas grill. This location is close to everything. Owners easy to get a hold of if needed. Exactly as described. And bonus is the price includes cleaning when you leave.

A great family vacation

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Five adults and toddler. Plenty of room in the house, comfortable, ceiling fans in every room to keep the air moving. Large deck wonderful for outside dining and just lounging. Roomy living room and a smaller den/playroom which could contain all the toys. Well appointed kitchen. Washer/dryer a plus too. Several beaches only a mile away. Lots of other activities to choose from too (paddling, fishing). Bikes available in basement for getting around locally. Everyone kept saying "Can we do this again next year?"

A Nice Relaxing Time

We were lucky to find this very close to the week we planned to go since the home we normally rent became unavailable. It had enough space and the owners were very nice in answering questions and giving help with the tv. It was great to have a housekeeper at the nend of the week. The location is good.

A pleasant stay at Cape Cod

We had a wonderful vacation at this cottage. The owners provided everything we needed with a personal touch. We especially liked the deck which had plenty of room where you could enjoy a cool evening meal after a hot day on the Cape. The location is great for walks with the children and bike riding (plenty of bikes were provided) The cottage was pleasant and roomy. Also we were so grateful for the housekeeper who came in after we left. This was a first for us. Would highly recommend this home for a lovely vacation time.

This was an excellent cape house! The location was perfect with a great little place to eat right down the street. Also being basically right on 28 allowed for access to all types of cape activities. The beach is a short walk and the house is large and cozy. The backyard is perfect for lounging and games. Will definitely look to stay again!

Q:What linens do I need to bring?

A:Please bring your own bath towels, beach towels and bed linens. Pillows/blankets and dish towels are provided.

Q:What else is provided?

A:The kitchen is stocked with spices, dishes, glassware, pots, pans and many cooking utensils. There is a blender, electric can opener, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. In the basaement there are many beach chairs, beach toys and bikes of all sizes for your use. Check all cupboards/closets/cabinets for toys, videos, DVDs, lightbulbs, batteries, iron, etc.

Q:What is the closest beach? And what about beach parking?

A:Dennis has 17 beaches. The closest public beach is Haigis (off Lower County) and is 0.7 miles from our house. You can walk there, but if you are going for the day and have alot of beach gear, I advise driving. It costs $20-$25 to park, so you may want to consider dropping off and biking or roller blading back. You can purchase a weekly beach pass at the town hall for $75. West Dennis Beach is a little over a mile away.

Q:What else would you suggest I bring?

A:Plenty of sunscreen, beach umbrella, bike rack if you plan on taking bike trail, cooler, insect repellent.
