This home is a quaint 2 bedroom home located half mile to south side ocean beach. This home is located on a dirt road which is great for kids and the homes are mostly summer homes. This home has 2 bedrooms which one has a full size bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. The kitchen is eat-in and also has a living room which contains brand new hardwood floors, skylights, and cathederial ceilings. This home has a good size family room which leads out to a good size deck and the back yard is fully enclosed. There is also a good size outdoor shower which is enclosed. Rental is from Sat.-Sat. Check in is 2:00pm and Check Out is 10:00am. Rent is $850/wk. and no pets and no smoking. The home is walking distance to many restraunts, ice cream shops, breakfast bakery, miniture golf, antique shops, pizza shops, hot dog stand, convient store and suvernair shops. Short drive away to golf courses, go-carts, driving range, trampolines and two shopping plaza's. Plenty of availability left.
