Rent this charming and newly updated townhouse style cottage in a popular cottage colony with a solar heated outdoor pool. Fully furnished, ceiling fans in bedrooms, very comfortable. Hot outdoor shower (shower inside too). Unit sleeps 4 comfortably - full size bed in one room and two twins in the other. Private charcoal grill and picnic table off kitchen area. Cable TV. Internet.

Walking to beach, shopping and dining. Short walk (5 minutes with beach in tow) to 2 public beaches.

Full payment of $1200 per week is required at least 30 days before arrival. $75 cleaning fee required; it will be returned within one week of departure when unit is left clean.

Full weeks available: August 2 - August 9, 2008.
Full week rentals are Saturday 2 pm to Saturday at 10 am.

No pets, no smoking in unit. You must bring towels and linens.
Property within 30 minutes of Hyannis airport (Barnstable Boardman-Poland).
