This property is a furnished monthly rental located just feet from the river in Riverfront Park. The condo is a 1BR, loft-styled layout in the heart of Downtown Denver with stunning views of the skyline, Coors Field and Commons Park, and the mountains beyond. The condo is brand new construction and has a private outdoor patio overlooking the pool and lounge area and the Baseball Field below. The unit comes fully equipped with brand new Stainless Steel appliances - Refridgerator, Dishwasher, and it's own washer/dryer. The interior design is composed of stunning Santos Mahogany Hardwood Floors, Black Granite Counters, and continuous 10ft tall windows overlooking Denver's Downtown to the East and the mountains to the West.
Area Information
The immediate neighborhood is brimming with all kinds of activities from shopping, art, culture, and the outdoors. The Glass House is directly adjacent to the Platte River with a small beach area and plenty of green space. Two blocks away one can find numerous shopping opportunities up and down 16th street. For those coming to ski, the property is just steps away from Union Station where the ski train leaves for Winter Park Resort every morning for a relaxing beautiful trip through the rockies up the the fresh snow! A great location for business travelers and vacationers any time of the year.

All around amazing!

From the very beginning with Aaron, it was a great experience. I was very skeptical at first, since it was my first time renting online, but he eased my fears by calling and allowing me to ask a lot of questions. He also met with me to show me the place. The place was beautiful and the view was gorgeous. Can't beat waking up to the sunrise over the Rockies! Everything you needed was provided in the apartment. It was an amazing stay!

Great place and location

Keith was wonderful to work with and went out of his way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The location is within walking distance of everything downtown and all the sporting venues. The glasshouse itself is very nice and the free weekend breakfasts are a plus.

Never Stay In a Hotel Again

We have stayed in this unit twice now in the past 2 months. Love the location, the views, and everything about it. My husband and I bought food from a nearby grocery store thereby allowing us to stay in and relax after a busy day of business. We hope to be back in the future.

Denver at its finest!

Perfectly appointed, comfortable condo with stunning views of the city and mountains, I couldn't have chosen any better. Very well located to the 16th St. mall, restaurants, brew pubs, stadium, convention center etc. Beautiful building with every amenity. Very nice and quiet,too.The condo was a wonderful respite from busy work days while doing business in the city. I will never hotel it again! Very cool, upscale and trendy neighborhood. People were very friendly and the staff was so helpful. My stay was just topnotch in every way. Will definitely be back!

The condo provided a perfect base for our family in Denver . It was well appointed and in perfect order. The kids and adults loved the recreation floor making great use of the big screen TV and pool.
