The interior design is composed of stunning Santos Mahogany Hardwood Floors, Black Granite Counters, and continuous 10ft tall windows overlooking Denver's Downtown to the East and the mountains to the West.

The immediate neighborhood is brimming with all kinds of activities from shopping, art, culture, and the outdoors. The Glass House is directly adjacent to the Platte River with a small beach area and plenty of green space. Two blocks away one can find numerous shopping opportunities up and down 16th street. For those coming to ski, the property is just steps away from Union Station where the ski train leaves for Winter Park Resort every morning for a relaxing beautiful trip through the rockies up the the fresh snow! • Deposits: 50% of total balance is due upon booking reservation. Remaining balance must be paid in full prior to check-in. $300 Security Deposit Check is required prior to check-in. (Check will be held and returned or destroyed at owner's request unless any damage has occurred to unit.)
   
• Other Fees: One-time $75 cleaning fee. Additional cleanings may be available at the expense of the renter.

 Never Stay In a Hotel Again, January 22, 2008

We have stayed in this unit twice now in the past 2 months. Love the location, the views, and everything about it. My husband and I bought food from a nearby grocery store thereby allowing us to stay in and relax after a busy day of business. We hope to be back in the future.
