The newly remodeled bathroom has all new fixtures, shower and a claw foot tub. The professionally landscaped backyard with flower and herb garden has a cozy patio that is perfect for relaxing. All linens, towels, dishes and kitchen utensils are provided. This home is clean, quiet and the perfect location for your stay in Denver. Located in a popular neighborhood close to downtown you are only 8 blocks from beautiful Washington Park and 5 blocks to the nearest Light Rail station. Centrally located near the University exit off of Interstate 25 with convenient access to everything and only an hour away to most ski areas.
