Description of the Denver vacation home rental
Available August 23 - August 30 for the Democratic National Convention.
Lovely 2 bedroom home in walkable south Boulder neighborhood. One block to express bus to Pepsi Center -- a relaxing 25-minute ride. Close to bike paths, bus stops, great restaurants, open space, hiking trails, famous Pearl Street mall. Rocky Mountain National Park is about 30 minutes away.
Sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms: master bedroom has two X-long twin beds, and study/bedroom has a queen-sized futon. Also includeds beautiful large full bathroom, living room with HD TV and cable, lovely yard with deck, gas grill, two off-street parking spaces, high-speed wireless AND wired Internet
Disclaimer time.
1. Your hosts will be living in our comfortable basement apartment below.
2. We have two cats who although will be living below deck with us, do inhabit this space most of the time.
3. Like many houses in Boulder, our home is not air-conditioned. We have a whole-house (attic fan) which, is extrememly efficient in bringing the cool nighttime air into the house, right over your head as you sleep!
4. Please, no smoking in the house.
$250 per night. A minimum stay of four nights is required.
A deposit of half the rental is due at booking. Please plan to mail us a check when you reserve.
