New, contemporary decor townhome, living room, dining room for six, den with fireplace, granite kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, side by side refrigerator, flat surface stove. Gorgeous master bedroom with view of the mountains,queen bed,large bath-oval tub, glass shower, private toilet area, walk in closet all designer tile, the other bedroom has a bouble bed and antique furniture has separate full bath. #rd bedroom is office area with computer connections. private back area with flagstone design, grill, adirondack chairs and chiminea available. Total house has a lot of natural light, den is very cozy with leather furniture and flat screen t.v. Kitchen designed for efficient cooking and plenty of cabinets. Townhome across from Wildlife Refuge-sometimes you can spot the deer. There is a walking path and you can spot the prairie dogs. Common area has plenty of beautiful landscaping. Dogs allowed but when walking dogs waste must be maintained. Front gets southern sun and large front porch accomadates seating for view of the western mountains.

Area Description

Out about 10 miles from city. Across from Wildlife Refuge, 5 miles from airport, convenient to Hwy 76. Nearest grocery about 8 miles SE. Neighborhood surrounded by mostly plains. About a 45 min drives to Estes Park and about 2 hours from ski resorts. Area is new in development but convenient to gas stations and 7-11 type store with several fast food places for something fast to eat.

1-2 hours to mountains, snowmobiling, hiking, cross country skiing, small towns, antiquing, horseback riding, hunting, etc.. About 15-20 to downtown Denver with great shopping, restaurants, nightlife, football stadium, Coors Field, Pepsi Center, Zoo, great antique shops and a fantastic Mall-Flatiron Mall.
