Townhome across from Wildlife Refuge-sometimes you can spot the deer. There is a walking path and you can spot the prairie dogs. Common area has plenty of beautiful landscaping. Dogs allowed but when walking dogs waste must be maintained. Front gets southern sun and large front porch accomadates seating for view of the western mountains.

Out about 10 miles from city. Across from Wildlife Refuge, 5 miles from airport, convenient to Hwy 76. Nearest grocery about 8 miles SE. Neighborhood surrounded by mostly plains. About a 45 min drives to Estes Park and about 2 hours from ski resorts. Area is new in development but convenient to gas stations and 7-11 type store with several fast food places for something fast to eat.
