HOSPITALITY CONTRACT WILL BE UTILIZED
Guests are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your space at the time of booking. The remaining balance, plus a $ 10,000 FULLY REFUNDABLE security deposit is due 7 days prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refunded to our guests after inspection and 3 days after premises are vacated.
**** All deposits and balances to be made by cashier check or wire transfer
Guests are required to provide a 14- day advance notice of cancellation for a full refund of deposit. A reservation canceled inside 14 days prior to arrival will receive no refund.
