If you've been to the Destin area lately, you had to have noticed the two magnificent Towers in the skyline, which are now the tallest buildings in Okaloosa and Walton Counties

Situated in the Seascape Resort Community, Ariel Dunes towers over the adjacent golf course and offers breath-taking views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as magnificent views across the golf course to the Choctawhatchee Bay.

When you enter off of Scenic Gulf Drive and proceed through the security gate, you will instantly know that you have chosen the perfect vacation destination! While pulling up in to the building's drive-thru entry court and main floor lobby, you will immediately admire the expansive pools (some of the largest in Destin) which total in excess of 11,000 square feet, as well as the large adjacent deck areas and extensive landscaping. As an added benefit the enormous pools include a section that is heated as well as lots of lounge chairs, pool side cabanas and numerous water features for the kids including the zero entry pool, a large mushroom foutain, water jets and water falls.

Following a short trip up one of several elevators, you will enter our 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit to find all that your heart desires from a luxury condo. This unit features nine ft ceilings, Ceramic tile and plush carpet flooring, raised panel kitchen cabinetry and beautiful Granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel GE Profile appliances which include a 26 foot side by side refrigerator with filtered ice and water, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven/range and a built-in microwave. In addition, the kitchen has been fully equipped with all utensils, plates, cookware, coffee maker, blender, toaster and many other items that will ensure optimum convenience.

This condo has been furnished in a way that complements the already luxurious feel of Ariel Dunes. The dining area has a large dining table with seating for six as well as a bar with two stools. The living room features a large queen sleeper/sofa, a standard sofa, a soft chair with ottoman and a coffee table. A high-end 37" PLASMA HDTV enhances the living area and also includes a DVD and VCR which is sure to make you feel right at home. A large eight foot sliding glass door opens from the living room to the huge balcony and offers magnificent views out to the Gulf and of the pool below.

The fully furnished master bedroom includes conveniences such as a 27" Flat Screen TV, DVD player and clock radio. Its king size bed is very comfortable and includes a hypoallergenic feather bed topper. This room also offers views of the Gulf and access to the 350 square foot private balcony (the largest covered balcony in the building) through its own eight foot sliding glass door. The private master bathroom features a glass enclosed shower, double vanity and a large garden tub that you can soak in while actually enjoying a view of the Gulf.

The guest bedroom features a queen bed with night stand and clock alarm as well as a dresser, large closet and 20" Flat Screen TV with built-in DVD and VCR. It has private access to the guest bathroom which can also be accessed from the hall way. The view from this guest bedroom is also impressive providing a wonderful view across the Seascape Golf course and out to the Choctawhatchee Bay. Free high-speed wifi in the condo and around the pools, a full size GE washer and dryer, High-end electronics, board games, DVD's, Card & poker sets, books and more are included in this magnificent condo. Free local phone is also included. We hope and feel that once you stay with us, you won't have any reason to ever stay anywhere else in Destin.

We took our vacation here with our three children. We had a fabulous time. The place was immaculate with top notch decor and ammenities. My kids really enjoyed the pools, and we all enjoyed the beach here. The beds are unbelievably comfortable. Excellent condo. We hope to return. A wonderful bonus was the fact that the condo was full of inflatables, beach chairs, a beach cart, sand toys. Fully stocked kitchen made cooking for the family easy. What a beautiful home! We have stayed in many timeshares across the USA & this sure beats any of them! What a joy it was to open the door and actually see that it was as pictured and promised. After travelling with my in-laws 1600 miles,loosing his billfold on the airplane,then of course whose luggage was misplaced with the Suit in it for my sons Naval Graduation the next morning. We had a wonderful time at the condo. I cannot say enough things about how nice this particular unit was. It is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need for a great family vacation. We had 6 of us staying and there was more than enough room for all of us. Our friends stayed in another unit while we were there and it was not near as nice as this one. And the owner is extremely pleasant to deal with. The pools at the complex are beautiful and you are a 5 minute (or less) walk from beautifully kept beaches. I HIGHLY reccommend!
