The condo overall was good. When we got there, there were a few trash bags in the trash with chicken bones and assorted garbage that hadn't been taken out. The glasses all had rings in the bottom and no one wanted to drink out of them, so we got plastic. We even tried to clean them and it didn't work. Other than that, everything was fine. The owner personally came nu amd was very helpful and gave us a few suggestions, which we did follow. The complex where the condo is was very clean and well maintained. The pool area was always clean, as were the public bathrooms. We enjoyed our visit and would come again.

the pictures on line were spot on. If you are looking for a clean pet fiendly rental, this is it. it is a quiet complex of condo with 10 minutes of most of Destin. the owner was courtesy and gave great suggestions on local beaches and shopping. the condo is a 2 bedroom with cable . jack and jill bathroom. even our dogs had a great time on vacation. we wanted to stay longer but my vacation time was over.

No Oil! White beaches and crystal clear water. We had a wonderful time and completely recommend this resort for a family friendly experience. Free pitch and putt three par golf course, bar and grill on the beach, and free grills to use on the property for money saving family meals.

We found the condo comfortable and nice...beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipt. We would definitely visit Destin again and would stay at Gulf Terrace again. Everyone that we came in contact with was very friendly.

not a complete waste

I recently was looking for a condo in Destin to spend 4 nights. I stumbled across this website after my week long search, and within 24 hours I had heard back from every owner/renter I had inquired to. I finally picked one within my price range and set up arrangements. The condo was exactly as the owner and the pictures portrayed it to be. Even though the weather did not hold up the whole 5 days I was there, the condo gave me and my group a homie feel which was desparately needed at that time. Super clean and spacious!

I was very impressed with the interior of the condo and how spacious and clean it was. We had lots of room and it comfortably accomidated 6 people. The pool was large and close by. My only concern was the exterior was older than I expected and didn't have much curb appeal. But once I got inside the condo, it made me forget about the outside. The manager, Ted, was very nice and I'd stay here again!

Great Vacation!

We had the best vacation! We loved the condo it was equipped with everything we needed. We walked and drove to the beach. The pool was great and everyone enjoyed the fishing at the lake. Plenty of room in the living room area for extra people to come over. We had our daughter and her family come over for dinner one evening. The extra card table was a big help for that. We only had a little problem with the unit upstairs. They seemed to have a little one that liked to run across the floor. It was okay though because it did not happen late at night. We asked a group of young guys one night to quite down alittle. They were just laughing and talking loud right outside our window at midnight. They all apologized and moved on. We will definately be back and we hope this same unit is available when we do. Thank you Ted for all you did for us. I sure wish we lived a little closer. Feel free to email us about our stay.
