Description of the Destin vacation condo rental

BRAND NEW Ariel Dunes is located in the Seascape Resort Community! It towers over the adjacent golf course and offers breath-taking views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as magnificent views across the golf course to the Choctawhatchee Bay.

When you enter the Seascape Resort from Scenic Gulf Drive and proceed through the security gate, you will instantly know that you have chosen the perfect vacation destination! While pulling up into the building's drive-thru entry court and main floor lobby, you will immediately admire the expansive pools (some of the largest in Destin) which total in excess of 11,000 square feet, as well as the large adjacent deck areas and extensive landscaping. As an added benefit the enormous pools include a section that is heated as well as lots of lounge chairs and pool side cabanas. The zero entry children's pool features a mushroom waterfall and fountains.

This 16th floor luxury condo is easily accessed by one of four elevators. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath + 2 bunkbed unit has everything you will need to ensure a perfect family vacation or getaway. This unit features nine ft ceilings, ceramic tile and plush carpet flooring, raised panel kitchen cabinetry and beautiful granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with GE Profile appliances which include a 26 foot side by side refrigerator with filtered ice and water, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven/range and a built-in convection/microwave oven. In addition, the kitchen has been fully equipped with all utensils, wine glasses, dinnerware, cookware, coffee maker, blender, toaster and many other items for your convenience.

The dining area has a large glass top dining table that will accomodate up to six guests as well as a bar with two stools. The great room features an oversized queen sleeper/sofa and an oversized loveseat, two end tables, a coffee table, and a large 27" TV, DVD/CD player and VCR for entertainment. A large eight foot sliding glass door opens from the living room to the patio and offers spectacular views of the emerald Gulf waters and beach.

The fully furnished master bedroom includes a pillowtop king bed, two nightstands, large closet, 24" TV, DVD/VCR player and clock radio for your convenience. This room also offers views of the Gulf via an eight foot sliding glass door where you will gain access to the 350 square foot private patio/balcony. It also includes a master bathroom which features a glass enclosed shower, double vanity and a large garden tub.

The guest bedroom features a pillowtop queen bed with night stand and clock alarm as well as a dresser, large closet and 20" TV. It also has private access to the guest bathroom which can also be accessed from the hall way. The view from this guest bedroom provides an outstanding view across the Seascape Golf course and out to the Choctawhatchee Bay.

As an added BONUS, this unit also features a bunk room with two twinsize bunkbeds! This bunkroom also offers views of the Seascape Golf course and the Choctawhatchee Bay.

A full size washer and dryer, high-end electronics, board games, books, pack n play, umbrella stroller and more are included in this luxurious condo. High speed internet and cable (70+ channels) are also included.

Seascape Resort features an 18-hole championship golf course with pro shop, dedicated beach access to over 2,000 feet of powder white sand and emerald green water, eight tennis courts, five additional pools, on-site Conference Center, several fresh water lakes, beach service, Cabana Cafe Restaurant and Bar, Whales Tail Beach Bar & Grill - seaside dining and live entertainment (easily accessed by a short walk across the boardwalk which crosses over the adjacent lake), water sports rentals and magnificent shopping at the nearby Silver Sands Outlet Mall or Village at Baytowne Wharf.

We really enjoyed to stay in this nice , clean Condo especially when my wife who is very picky on bedrooms'smell and clealiness.We love to come here again in the future.We love to shop at the Outlet Mall next to it ,too.

We had a great time at this condo. The unit has a great layout and the furnishings are top-notch. The view is beautiful from both sides, it's right on a golf course, and the walk to the beach is quicker than it looks in the pictures. I plan on returning next year!

From the moment we opened the front door and saw the amazing ocean view on the other side of the condo, we knew we were in for a real wonderful time. The condo was decorated beautifully- HUGE master bed w. a mattress to die for- HUGE master bath- I could go on and on, but the balcony was awesome! Being on this "flag lot" condo, you could see so much more down the coast. Binoculars are a must to see all the cool buildings, beach, and to just people watch! We'll definately consider going back...And Jodi was a big help, too! Thanks for a memorable, relaxing vacation!!!

My family including 3 children 5 and under spent a week in Jodi's Condo on the 16th floor. The place was great, the view was awesome, the kids had the time of their life! The weather was nice, the beach and pool were better than we could have hoped and my wife and I even got a chance to enjoy quit nites on the balcony overlooking the ocean.
