The patio is equipped w/2 tables & chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or just relax and enjoy the tropical view thru the palm trees right outside your door.
This unit is just steps to the beach and both pools..(one heated in winter).

Just Mins to Destin's Newest Shopping Centers, Grocery stores, Walmart/Target,Silver Sands Outlet Mall, the new fabulous Destin Commons, 9 Beautiful Championship golf courses, World Class Restaurants, some are within walking distance on the beach. Deep sea fishing boat rentals, glass bottom boats,water parks,go karts,etc.
Baytown is a wonderful place to go for shopping at specialty shops and while there enjoy a delicious dinner.
Some great fun for the kids..visit the Gulfarium to touch & see sealife up close, Go karts, Big Kahuna water park, Min.golf, or go to the the newly redone Fudpuckers...for the kids to have the chance to have a picture taken - feed & hold a real "live" Alligators!!!

This was a get away for the two of us and everything was perfect. The condo was so clean and stocked with everything we could want. The location could not have been better - we were close to malls, restaurants, and right on the beautiful beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We were completely satisfied with everything about this condo!!! It was wonderfully clean, had everything we needed ...well stocked kitchen, and in a perfect location. The pool was warm, the beach was heavenly...NOTHING to complain about!
