Description of the Destin vacation condo rental

Welcome to our spacious 3BR/2BA vacation home in Destin, Florida!

This beautiful unit, constructed in 2006, is located on the 12th floor of Ariel Dunes I. Views from the unit stretch from beach to bay. The entire unit has been custom decorated and beautifully furnished to be your place of relaxation during your stay!

Our spacious unit sleeps 6-7, boasting a king-sized bed in the master, a queen-sized bed in the secondary bedroom, 2 twin-sized beds in the bunkroom (perfect for the kids) and an oversize sofa in the main living area.

The main living area offers a 42” flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, stereo with CD player, large sofa, 2 chairs and tables. We have also furnished board games, movies, books and magazines for your pleasure. Wireless internet service is complimentary.

The spacious master bedroom offers a ‘heavenly’ king-sized bed, 29” flat screen TV with DVD and cable, large closet and gorgeous linens and window coverings. The master bathroom features a separate shower and garden tub as well as double vanity.

The second bathroom also offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, 29” flat screen TV with DVD and cable with access to the full bathroom.

The kitchen has been fully equipped to handle all your cooking needs while away from home with table settings for up to 8 individuals. Granite counter tops, breakfast bar that seats 3 and a dining table that seats 4. Automatic ice maker in the side-by-side refrigerator and gas grills located in the courtyard of the building.

For your convenience, the in-unit washer and dryer are available for any laundry you choose to do while on vacation.

Our large private balcony is also amply furnished with a table that seats 4 plus 2 additional chairs and drink table. You will enjoy breathtaking views of the gulf to the south, east and west. The pools are the largest in the area- 2 pools totaling almost 12,000 square feet with great water features. Ariel Dunes is in Seascape Golf and Tennis resort- a gated and guarded community offering amenities such as golf, tennis, conference center as well as deeded beach access to over 2,000 ft of beautiful white beaches.

Area Information

Located at the Seascape Resort, Ariel Dunes is minutes from a wide variety of dining, shops and boutiques as well as Silver Sands Factory Outlet Center. There are seven championship golf courses within several minutes and thirteen more championship golf courses just a short drive away. The Ariel Dunes Resort features a private, gated resort, breathtaking views of the Gulf, a drive-through entrance, ground floor lobby, two huge pools with water features, and convenient beach access. Check-in and check-out of the unit is a breeze.

Our building has many amenities as well including an on-site restaurant/bar/lounge with both eat-in and delivery options. You can have your drinks delivered to you at the pool! A coffee shop and ice cream parlor are also on-site – so convenient!

The Whales Tail Beach Bar and Grill provides seaside dining and live entertainment on the beach, right behind the condo building. Water sports rentals as well as chair and umbrella rentals can be easily obtained during peak season.

Lisa, Our stay at Ariel Dunes 1 was everything we expected and more! The view from the 12th floor was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The condo was clean, neat and very accessible by a short walk to the beach. The low-priced chair and umbrella rental that were available were also very nice! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay with you again and recommend your property to other family members who travel to Destin, Florida often! Incredible View!!

This condo has the most amazing view of the ocean. We stayed during the 4th of July and could see all the fireworks from our balcony. It was beautiful! In addition to the incredible view, this condo was SO comfortable and had all the amenities of a five-star hotel...plus more! There were plenty of towels, every kitchen accessory needed to cook all meals, a washer and dryer, and flat screen TVs and DVD players in every room. The kids loved taking bubble baths in the huge master bathtub, and my fiance and I loved the huge shower;-) It was an amazing vacation that was made so much more special because of our beautiful accommodations. Most awesome view ever

We decided to stay in this condo even though we had some hesitation because it is not directly on the beach. Boy, are we ever glad we did. First, dealing with Lisa, the owner, couldn't have been easier. She answered all of my questions promptly, brushed away my fears about sending deposits through the mail and was just a pleasant person to deal with all around. The condo is exactly like the pictures. Very clean and nicely decorated. The ad said the master suite had a "heavenly" king size bed and it did not exaggerate. My husband has a bad back and normally we dread sleeping in a new bed when we travel. This bed was the exception. We loved it from the moment we crawled in. We didnt wake up stiff and sore at all. I have asked the owner the name of the mattress so when we are ready to purchase a new set we will certainly look for the same kind. We were able to have coffee on the balcony in the mornings and hear the waves. We also saw several dolphins from the balcony. The pools were great. The one with the fountains is big enough so it never was crowded even though there were lots of people using it. The Cabana Cafe had delicious food. Their bread is homemade and to die for. It was so convenient having the food delivered to our room. The only downside was the walk from the condo to the beach. It really isn't bad...truly just a five minute walk, but we had some people staying with us that had some leg problems and we also needed some shade. You can rent the chairs and umbrellas, but at $40 per day it can get quite pricey so we had to carry our umbrellas or cabana with us which didn't make the walk easier. You can load everything into your vehicle and drive to the beach, but get there early if you want to be able to park. Without any health problems, the walk is no problem. Just buy a cooler with wheels and you're on your way. You can purchase ice near the lobby. All in all, we had a great vacation. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Lisa!!

The Perfect Home Away From Home

Our stay was wonderful and the owners were very pleasant and accommodating. The title says it all except that above and beyond the "Perfect Home Away From Home", it has so many perks--great decorations, beautiful scenery, (believe it or not) privacy, and super clean.
