Description of the Destin vacation condo rental

Beautiful low rise condo (Gulfview Condominium Unit 205) with its own private beach 90 paces from your door. Listen to the waves and enjoy your view of the gulf from this 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit. Recessed bunkbeds are located in the hallway and living area has a sleeper sofa. Two T.V.s (one flat screen) are located in the condo with two DVD players. There is also wireless internet access available on the premises for a small fee (currently $10/day or $17/week--not through us). Also, be sure to look at the amenity package that comes with your stay.

Two pools (one heated in winter) and a hot tub located on premises. This condo is in the heart of Destin. It is within walking distance of the Crab Shack and Pompano Joe's. Enjoy shopping at the nearby Destin Commons or Silver Sands factory outlet. Your family will love it here. Jet ski rentals, etc. is located nearby at Pompano Joe's.

Parking is free. You just pick up your pass from the on site condominium office.

In Destin it's all about water. And why not' With sugar white sand beaches and emerald green, crystal clear Gulf water, it's the perfect base from which to sail, wind surf, scuba dive or snorkel. If there's a water sport you're interested in, Destin is destined to have it. In addition to the beach, families will enjoy an outing to Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park which offers thrilling water rides, plus go-kart tracks and a miniature golf course. Or take the kids to see and learn more about the region's unique marine life at the Gulfarium, in nearby Fort Walton Beach. Join a cruise to spot dancing dolphins, a favorite pastime on the Emerald Coast, or go on a deep-sea fishing excursion. When you're ready to get out of the water, consider teeing off at any of the area's top-notch golf courses (free passes included with rent), enjoying a fine bottle of wine at a fabulous restaurant or settling in at the well furnished condo. Because in Destin, it's all about recreation and relaxation.

This was my family of four's first time at the beach and it was great. The condo was nice and we saved money cooking all our meals. I would recommend this place to anyone with small kids the pool and distance to the beach made it a real find. Next time we need to bring more condiments and such from home.

This WAS the perfect vacation. My sister and I took some time away from kids and husbands before the busy school year began. I could not have asked for a better time. The weather was perfect. The condo was 100x better than I expected. The location was perfect, close to the beach, close to downtown Destin, close to Sandestin, close to the outlet and regular mall. I can't wait to return. We may have to start making this a tradition.

The location was superb, amenities excellent, and the surf was "to die for." As for the condo---WOW! Relaxing and easy access to the pools, hot tub, and grills made the weekend extremely enjoyable!
