Description of the Destin vacation condo rental

Save up to 25 percent over resort pricing in The Palms of Destin Resort and Spa. Unit 11208 is located on the top floor, and features views of the Gulf & beautiful sunrises. Our two bedroom, two bath Junior(2nd bedroom is smaller than average) condo is 970 sq. ft. and sleeps six with the convertible sofa bed in the living room. You will find a full kitchen including all that you will need to prepare a meal in.

Located in a five star Destin Resort Spa and Conference center across from Florida's emerald-green water and white sandy beaches: Voted by USA Today as the number one beach in America!

Enjoy the resorts 11,000 square foot lagoon swimming pool, beautifully landscaped grounds,lighted tennis courts, fitness center and children's pool. Watch the Gulf from your balcony. Wake up to Starbucks. Dine at Trader Vic's then dance at the Tiki Bar. Get a facial and massage at the Palms full service spa.

(Please note: as of 8/6/09, the beach shuttle is currently down for repairs. If the shuttle is not available during your stay, your best option for beach access is to drive to Henderson Beach State Park, approximately 3 minutes away. The Palms’ Resort front desk will reimburse you for any daily entry fees that you must pay to enter the Park.)

• Deposits: Advance deposit of the greater of $350 or 35% required at booking. *Sorry, but we do not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25.
   
• Other Fees: The Palms of Destin Resort charges a one-time $50 reservation fee & a daily resort fee of $10 ($90/month for Snowbirds), which we add to our above rates. $75 cleaning fee is waived for stays more than 4 nights! Security Deposit not required, just a credit card on file to guarantee for any damages. We offer optional security deposit protection insurance for $39, which covers any accidental damages up to $3,000. We also offer optional Travel Insurance by CSA for additional peace-of-mind.

We enjoyed our time at the Palms so much. The pool was beautiful and relaxing and our condo was so nice and very clean. We will recommend this to others! My only complaint is some basic things were missing such as sink stoppers in the kitchen, salt & pepper, sugar, coffee filters, something to scrub dishes with, that sort of thing. We had plenty of linens and it was nice to have a washer and dryer in the room!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We had the two bedroom Jr. It accommadated 2 adults and 2 children very well. The pool was great, landscaping was beautiful and we were close to everything (Restaurants, Wal-Mart, Malls and much more. I will be staying here for future visits.

Excellent condo. It was very clean and decorated so nicely. We loved staying there. Having the spa right downstairs was just heavenly. We would definitely come back.
