The Palms of Destin is a beautiful property, and I'm glad we had the chance to experience it . The condo. was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed ie. Linens, Towels , Dishes and utensils. The staff were friendly at all times. I can thoroughly recommend this Property without hesitation.Loved having access to the computer in the Business center every day.

We enjoyed our time at the Palms so much. The pool was beautiful and relaxing and our condo was so nice and very clean. We will recommend this to others! My only complaint is some basic things were missing such as sink stoppers in the kitchen, salt & pepper, sugar, coffee filters, something to scrub dishes with, that sort of thing. We had plenty of linens and it was nice to have a washer and dryer in the room!

Long story short. I loved the condo in itself. It was very clean and modern with outstanding pools & hot tub. CLose to everything you can think of. What I did not care for was the poor service from the staff and security. I arrived to the Pals on Sat. April 4th. I parked my vehicle in the parking structure agianst the outer wall... not even questioning it. I woke up the following morning to find my vehicle burglarized and my GPS stolen. Along with 4 other vehicles in the same parking lot. I reported the incident to the "GIRL" at the front desk and I asked if the facility had security cameras. She said the facility did not have cameras. Not only did she seem nervous & annoyed that I was bringing this up but she also did not show any concern at all. I then find out that security was not even on the property that night. Spring break... no security... now I am really concerned! Summary... clean & great location... poor staff!!!

the hotel was nice,I felt it was a little utilitarian, meaning everything was formatted the same, no uniqueness.The hotel staff at the front desk were "stuffy" and unhelpful when asked questions and I had to ask the guy who was helping with luggage if 'he worked there' to get his assistance. He acted like he didn't see us struggling with unloading--2 women and an eleven yr old child. One guy acted like everything was an effort to answer. The day we checked out, the front desk clerk looked like she had just rolled out of bed and had slept in her clothes for a week. We were really surprised that such an appearance would be tolerated at such a fancy resort. For the money we paid, this was less than what I expected. The ocean view was definitely exaggerated. You had a view if you had binoculars! I wish we had shopped around more, and feel we could have gotten a place closer to the beach that was friendlier and more helpful with the money we spent. The nicest thing was the pool.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We had the two bedroom Jr. It accommadated 2 adults and 2 children very well. The pool was great, landscaping was beautiful and we were close to everything (Restaurants, Wal-Mart, Malls and much more. I will be staying here for future visits.

Beautiful facility with gulf view as promised. Shuttle ride to the beach takes 15 to 30 minutes as there is only one shuttle and traffic is heavy in Destin. Facility was very well maintained and quiet. Only drawback was that it wasn't on the beach and our view of the gulf is over a parking lot.

The Condo is first class all new and immaculate. The heated swimming pool and spa was great....Highly recommended.

Excellent condo. It was very clean and decorated so nicely. We loved staying there. Having the spa right downstairs was just heavenly. We would definitely come back.
We had a wonderful time. Loved the great swimming pool,great landscaping. Loved the condo and being on the top floor.
