Description of the Destin vacation condo rental

This lovely condo has just been totally remodeled and it has all the comforts of home. You will find flat screen tv's in the Living Room and Bedrooms. WIFI / cable/ fully stocked kitchen and a double patio for you to relax and enjoy, a small view of the ocean above the palm trees. Top of the line new washer/dryer. Upscale furniture and new carpet. Nice and Clean, you won't be disappointed in this lovely condo.

This is a NON SMOKING ~~~ NO PET UNIT .

This rental does include complimentary 2 beach chairs & umbrella that will be set up for you daily.

Our complex does not allow MOTOR HOMES / BOATS OR TRAILERS to be parked on property at any time.

Area Information

Our community is called Maravilla, we are on Scenic Gulf Drive, which is the actual Beach Road, we are one of the few gated communities, we offer 2 pools, one heated seasonally , 2 tennis courts,basketball/ beach volleyball/ shuffleboard, clubhouse w/full kitchen and a big screen TV. + an exercise studio. . Our beach is a private deeded beach. Beach service-- 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are complimentary with this condo rental.

You will love our complex and all it has to offer, you are within walking distance to a few restaurants and minutes to all major attractions. Shopping/dining/ entertainment/deep sea fishing / golf etc, 5 mins to the Silver Sands Outlet Mall.
Bike rentals are available upon request.

You will fall in love with the beauty of Destin and the powdered sugar beaches and crystal blue water.

Fun In The Sun

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. The condo had all the amenities necessary to feel pampered and at home. The beach was within walking distance from the condo and very accessible. My husband & I stayed at Maravilla #4304 for 9 days ~ It was a great & clean pet-friendly place ~ This condo exceeded our expectations & I would definitely stay there again ~ The owners were very helpful & even called to make sure everything was okay when the storm came through ~ BTW, our little Shih Tzu Bella loved the place, too :) (especially the long hall so she could play fetch) :) I highly recommend the place ~ Thank you Roberts family for sharing Maravilla #4304 with us :)

For the price, this condo is exceptional. The view of the beach from the balcony was refreshing and we enjoyed relaxing there. The condo is nicely decorated and clean. We enjoyed using one of the pools--didn't even check out the other! The grounds are well-kept and pretty. We would definitely recommend this unit to our friends and family!

We loved the condo. It was very cozy and clean. A few ants but they were just a little annoying. The two teenagers bedroom was off by itself so my husband and I could enjoy the master with TV. The sofa w/bed was not very comfortable for some friends who spent the night. It probably just needs replaced. We will stay here again!

Had a wonderful time - stayed in building 4 condo 4109 - 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit. Easy exchange - everything exactly as described. Basically home away from home. Felt very comfortable and clean ( a huge MUST for me). Great place to stay - book it!
