Picnic grounds with charcoal grills are also available. Skybridge to beach is conveniently located from the pool deck area. There are many top notch golf courses in this area and right next door to Surfside is Seascape 18 hole Championship Golf Course. Grocery stores,drugstores and other numerous superb restaurants are less than a mile from Surfside Resort. Baytowne Wharf, in Sandestin offers entertainment, shopping and a variety of restaurants.
Surfside policy prohibits rentals to anyone under age of 25 and does not allow pets.

Our family stayed here in July. The condo was very nice with all the amenities that you need in it. View is excellent, loved the location. We will stay here again. The owners are great to work with!

 

 Relaxing home away from home, July 7, 2008

My family and I spent several weeks here while my son underwent some medical treatments in the Destin area. We couldn't have asked for lovelier accommodations! This condo and complex were so nice, and the furnishings in this unit are beautiful. The pool area was a great place to hangout and relax, and it was nice to have direct access to the beach via the walkway. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Pat was wonderful to work with, and I'd recommend this unit to anyone looking for a rental in the area.
