Great view, nice decorations, 12th floor, garage parking, two umbrellas, washer and dryer. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Rick's Crab Trap in the lounge is AMAZING. Best crab cakes ever. Pat is wonderful to work with too! We celebrated our 30 year anniversary in your condo! It was just beautiful! We loved the view and it was well equipped with everything we needed. The little welcome basket was a nice touch also! The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, we slept like angels on it! We would love to book another vacation with you again! Both the girls and I had a great time and felt perfectly at home in Pat's condo. It is well furnished and the kitchen had everything you could need. The layout is perfect and what I noticed missing from other reviews is the fact that the LARGE balcony has doors from both of the bedrooms as well as the kitchen and family room. Watching the sunset from there was beautiful. I would highly recommend this condo for families as it is a short walk across a bridge to the beautiful beach. The pool and hot tub were wonderful as well and made a great rendevous place for other friends that were staying in the area. Covered parking was another plus, as was the washer/dryer. We will definitely contact Pat any time that we plan to return to Destin. This condo is highly recomended!! A perfect place to spend a week on the beach! Nicely decorated, and fully furnished. Everything we needed was there! The condo has a lot of room and a great layout. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony and an easy walk to the beach! It was like home away from home! We plan to come back soon! What a way to spend February! Sun, warmth, surf and fantastic place to stay. Look to the south and see the ocean, look to the north and see the bay. Look at night and watch the lights! The condo is well furnished and smartly decorated and the facilities on site are well managed. We used the pool, sauna, hot-tub, exercise room and restaurant. While the kitchen was fully stocked with every dish/pot/utenisil is was very convenient to have a good restaurant on site. Why did we leave and come back to Wisconsin? What a great place for a vacation. The condo is beautifully decorated with all the amenities you could ask for and the view was spectaculiar. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the surf and the gorgeous sunsets. The beaches in Destin are the best I've seen. Shopping, dining and nightlife are plentiful also. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo, the owners out did themselves, and we will be back. If your looking to spend a stress-free, relaxing vacation, we highly recommend this condo. We needed a place to rest and relax and 1204 did that for us. What a great way to spend Christmas and New Years. The view was fantastic and the decorating made us all feel so comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, Pat thought about everything from the Corkscrews to a crock pot. We definitely would want to rent this unit again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 1204. The resort was clean and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The view is gorgeous. The owners made everything extremely easy! We will definitely visit again! My family and I arrived for Labor Day weekend and absolutely loved it! The view from the patio was amazing! There were sliding doors in both bedrooms and the condo decor was so beautiful! Our children enjoyed every minute of it. The condo is very roomy! And has all the emenities we could ask for! Plus the owner Pat was just so great and helpful. The best thing about the condo is that there is a walk over to the beach. We had an awesome time. Our family loved the stay at your lovely condo. Everything was just as you said it would be. The view was just great and the beach was very clean and easy to use. The staff that help keep you comfortable and safe are great and very nice. The restaurant, Charlies, is closed now, but that did not affect us because the kitchen was very easy to cook in. We will for sure come back to stay. Other than that the condo was perfect! The view is awesome and the condos furnishing was over the top. Everything matched and was well decorated with everything you need (especially in the kitchen). It's very spacious as well. My mom and I had a blast, thanks Pat! Our family stayed here in July. The condo was very nice with all the amenities that you need in it. View is excellent, loved the location. We will stay here again. The owners are great to work with! My family and I spent several weeks here while my son underwent some medical treatments in the Destin area. We couldn't have asked for lovelier accommodations! This condo and complex were so nice, and the furnishings in this unit are beautiful. The pool area was a great place to hangout and relax, and it was nice to have direct access to the beach via the walkway. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Pat was wonderful to work with, and I'd recommend this unit to anyone looking for a rental in the area. This condo has everything you would ever need and more. The view is to die for and amenities galore! We would highly recommend this condo if you want a stress free vacation.

We have visited Miramar Beach for 4 straight years now and have stayed in this condo during our entire stay. The atmosphere is relaxing and family oriented. We will continue to book our vacation there. The condo is clean, fully equipped with everything you need, close enough to many stores/shops. It is the ideal place to stay.
